When you cover up the last few seconds of the clip with advertising for the next episodes we can’t read the subtitles and we miss out on the plot. It is very frustrating.
He was kissing her. Enough bs. He is a cheater. I don't like where this is going. Terrible life message for young girls and women to accept cheating and gaslighting because he says he loves her. People who love don't kiss others on the lips under any circumstances. Not going to watch anymore.
Hated this too. But she kissed him but he didn't move away and allowed it therefore he is guilty too. Didn't see whole clip yet but first few minutes seems they are both just making excuses for him! From what I remember of the show he knew a long time before if not then why have to hide it?! Also how many men allow their "little sisters" to kiss them on the lips in this way?! None! Also if really see her as a sister and family then why not willing to tell her off and tell her to back off?! Because that is how siblings treat each other. Very apparent from all his actions he doesn't see her as a true sister. And even if "family" why need to have her around always including work? All nonsense. The way he treated her over the years just encouraged her more is her delusion if he had set limits and lines not crossed years ago she could have moved on, and especially stop being around her. He always writes his dramas this way that that he has to have two women around him and so in love with him and one of them delusional as hell but he is is the poor "naïve" man who can't see it till he majorly hurts his love who after a very short time will forgive him and thinking he is the icing on the cake again. This drama ending few episodes were ridicules just put in to try to get as many episodes out as possible. Started off as a great drama and ruined.

When ShanShan saw him visiting Li Shu it only made her think that he really has feelings for Li Shu. That was not a smart thing for him to do. ………spoilers………… He should’ve told Lui Lui that he loves Shan Shan and didn’t mean to hurt her by lying about Li Shu, instead he started with his concerns for Li Shu’s feelings. He said that he just found out that Li Shu liked him but that was a lie. Zing Qi told him in episode 12, Li Shu told him in episode 16 AND he saw the book mark before that. Plenty of time to tell Shan Shan about it. Why did he think this wouldn’t hurt Shan Shan? What the heck Feng Teng?! He’s had a least two girlfriends in the past. Didn’t he have any issues to deal with or did they just hang on his every word and he didn’t have to make any effort? He apparently has no relationship skills at all.

Yeah, he texts me and goes and sees her...that would put a nail in it. All the stuff he is doing in secret, how would she know, she can only go off what she knows...and she knows he gives time and effort to the other.
I am in no way defending him on this - but Shan Shan asked him to give her some time. I think he was respecting her choice to be left alone. I’m still angry at both he and Li Shu for what they did and how they lied to Shan Shan 😡 One more thing - who is he to give relationship advice? He is not qualified. His girlfriend broke up with him because he doesn’t know what he’s doing.
is it just me? does anyone else think that the english translations of conversational dialog for this and many other scenes are just to awkward and doesnt seem match what we're actually viewing on screen. the dialog between these great actors(characters) couldn't, shouldn't, wouldn't be this...well...dumb in a convo even in their own native language...would it? 🤔 i'm overthinkin again, arent i?😢😊
I listened to about a minute of the dialogue at 2 minutes and at 7 minutes translation is pretty much on point. Zhang Han tends to write this way I notice. I am sure he wrote this drama as it has all the same characterizes of all his other ones he has written and produced. He has his own production company and all his work from what I know comes out of it and written by him.
I cant stand her and her being a "good girl" nope. This dialog is stupid. I still recommend this drama but there are scenes that are still frustrating like his relationship with his sisters best friend.
They want to send message that you can kiss sister in mouth? Hats off to chinese culture . they say their culture old and conservative. But agree to have as many as women you can keep, but women should only have one man. On top of that kiss on sister lip seriously chinese culture developing fast. 😮😮😮😮😮
