Go on you can do it - small steps don’t overthink it and don’t put unrealistic goals ahead of yourself as we get older we can say f*^’k it more and just go for it ..

I do so enjoy your videos and following Brody's journey ! 2 questions maybe you could answer, What are the benefits off the bit you use on him verse a broken bit? And what is in your recover mash? It does look good!!
The trust bit ( white one ) is a flexi straight bar so in theory is good for a horse that doesn’t really take the contact (which he doesn’t always ) so it’s a very mild bit to encourage him to take more hold but they can also make them a little (I’m struggling to find the right word ) between dead and slow it has helped and to start with he did take more contact then he got a little leany ( not really a word ) this weekend I went back to the metal jointed one and he was better on the flat xx The recovery mash is like an espresso of goodness electrolytes mixed in with yumminess

Better dressage deserved a lower score definitely! But overall much more confident. Charlie sounded like he was nodding off at the end 😂 Authentic and real don't ever change!
