I like the answer that ministry is not a family business. God chose who takes over & the leader could see to the maturity of the person. Even if family members are in that same ministry to give their support (off course they should), they should be made to know that they are giving their bit to God, not to see it as their inheritance from their parents.

I like the part that says that, ministry is not a family business. It should be according to the purpose of God and led by the Spirit. Secondly, train up a child in the way he should go and not force the children. Ministry is not only on thr pulpit and parents should allow their children to choose for themselves and back them up with prayer.
