Brah..if u think its high in Miami..go to cali. Me and the wife just came to Miami to jump start her career in the medical field. Miami gave her the first opportunity in America since she just came from the Philippines less then a year ago. Theres no way i would have came here if it wasnt for her. Im just a working dude making $23 an hour back in cali working at LAX. Here the apartments cost the same but the pay is much lower then cali. When i found out how much they wanted to pay me at MIA i just said thank you but no thank you..ill just resign. Id probably make more driving uber or lyft...no cap! Plus i noticed that nobody wants or likes to speak english besides out in Miami Beach or up in broward. Now about the traffic..its the same as LA with less freeways and why all the damn freeways here u gotta pay for..i mean its just chump change but that shit adds up for a whole year think about it. In LA there's tons of traffic but there's some kinda respect but here..boy these cats are RECKLESS..smashing different lane with 90% of the people not even signaling half the time and cutting you off at the very last minute..like i almost got hit numerous times already..which never happens in LA that ive experienced. So for the mean time since the wife making good bread i just considered this a long vacation for 3 years until we bounce outta here. I do like it here..but it aint as it seems like on TV. And now let's talk about the cubans here..well lets not go there right now..although im half puerto rican my spainsh is only proficient and not bilingual..the minute i open my mouth they know instantly that im not one of those typical island type ricans cuz of my flow of slow spanish like its spoken in cali. And another thing...the mexican food here is FAKE and WACK..i was like is this your best burritos lol. Ill enjoy it for the meantime but im counting the clock for the 3 year mark to head back. Just like when biggie said..im going going back back to cali cali 🤣 🤣 🤣

I’m glad you told your story, I enjoyed it. As someone who used to live in Miami, starting in Brickell was not smart. Brickell is an end goal not a starting point. A lot of scammers out there too so you can’t take what everyone says at face value. First step in south Florida is finding people you can trust.

I’m about to move to Miami and very excited. The women you’re describing that are so obsessed with status and signaling money to get them are just good looking losers / jezibels….I’d imagine there are quality people to meet other places besides clubs etc…I don’t even drink so I don’t plan at being at clubs too much. I work from home though so I’ll def have to force my self out different places to meet people.

I live in Tampa and I would move to Miami too if I had the money. South Florida hits different and it's better than any other area in Florida.

Sorry to see you leave bro. I wouldn’t necessarily say you’re “leaving” if you’re moving to ft lauderdale. I live in miami but work in ft lauderdale myself. Ya the brick n mortar game is rough here though and a lot of brick n mortar businesses are all closing. Even a lot of top tier restaurants. I think a lot of the ones that are succeeding already have an established brand name or are making money in other ways. Like Carbone has a known name in the restaurant industry and they also sell their own sauce in grocery stores and online. Honestly if you don’t already have a big bag or big source of income coming in plus being hispanic it’s very difficult to succeed in Miami. The people I know succeeding here usually have some type of online business or online aspect to their brick n mortar because ya that commercial rent is a beast. With online businesses you just have lower overhead and are way more fluid and dynamic and able to maneuver easier. Now thats miami, ft lauderdale and broward is a whole different monster. 1st and foremost broward is just miami but like 5 or 10 years late because a lot of people in miami eventually move to different parts of broward for things like you mentioned, more affordable, less traffic, more down to earth people. As far as safety I actually think Broward and ft lauderdale is actually worse than miami but really its all the same. When you watch the local news its a lot of shootings in broward but also they’re will be something like a robbery in dade by someone from broward or vice versa a crime in broward by someone in dade. That happens a lot with police chases here they’ll start in miami and end in lauderdale or start in lauderdale and end in miami. But overall you’re still good because a lot of people live in broward but work in miami, my dad did that for decades. Or live in miami and work in broward or ft lauderdale like i do now. Bro I was born in Miami and raised in pembroke pines and live back in miami now but work in ftl and I have friends and family all over down here and i’m pretty familiar with most areas around here or at least know someone that is. If you have any questions about anything hit me up. And as far as jewelry ya miami has the jewelry district but there are a lot of jewelry stores in ft lauderdale and broward. Check las olas, downtown hollywood around Young Circle, the hardrock casino in hollywood and also dania pointe in dania is being built up more and more. Also in Miami there are a lot of jewelry stores actually in very cuban areas like hialeah or miami lakes but they mainly specialize in cuban link chains and like i said they’re mainly hispanic and cuban owned and operated. But keep pushing with the content and its funny you mentioned fresh & fit because I met fresh before they had the podcast in a comment section of a financial video just like this then we bumped into each other at booby trap. Also he had a prank channel first when we met then i think a few months later he met myron who had a fitness channel first and they started the podcast together so don’t get frustrated with the pace of your channel. I do content too so I’m in the same boat. Everybody’s timing is different. Also they even said themselves they had to pay girls to come on the show. Idk if they still do but they definitely did at first but they were just consistent, went all in on the podcast and kept reinvesting their money into it plus they networked just as much and as hard as they worked. And remember they popped off during covid and the kevin samuels era so everyone was watching youtube especially red pill/dating content so a big part of their success was just timing.
