Does it ever feel like you get home at the end of a long work day and you have shrunk 2 feet? All the sitting, the emails, the stress.... it's starting to make you feel achy, cranky, and tight.
Sitting at a computer can do a number on your body and mind. From increased fatigue and weight gain to lower back pain and reduced cardiovascular health, sitting all day at work (and plopping yourself on the couch to relax after a hard day) can lead to some serious health complications.

This is still one of my all-time favourite workouts! This workout has a fluid flow that is just amazing when you can connect muscle to mind (as you would often and wisely say), which I kinda managed today. Thank you, Caroline!

I absolutely love this workout. I first did this after feeling a little sorry for myself as my ankle isn't healing as well or as quickly as I wanted. This just put me back on track giving me the enthusiasm for keeping fit that I needed. Back on track with you Caroline. Plus I've been recommending this to my work friends today after a lunchtime stroll.

Really enjoyed that after my work day it was perfect to stretch out and tone up after sitting at my desk all day. Alos good for me to stretch out and beomce moe flexible since running has tightened up my muscles. Thank you!

I love this! I have rly sensitive knees and neck but this workout doesnt hurt them at all! ( i do most 'abs' with head on the floor ofc )

Good job to you and your hubby Michaela! Caroline, my husband also did one of your over half hour pilates workouts with me and he was also having "a challenging time" but he really enjoyed it, haha.
