Not all investments work for every country - for example - one flat with only one room 27 sqm = round about 350 k US Dollars in Germany Munich City - so REAL Estate is out of if you got 100 k - I would say #STOCK or #CRYPTO
Yes, personal finance is personal to each person but can you get a loan to finance that? I assume real estate goes up in value there as well. Obviously things are different in different countries and I'm not familiar with Germany.
That's assuming you are paying the full cost upfront. Wouldn't you get a mortgage or commercial loan? That makes no sense to pay the full cost upfront unless you have just rich and can pay that.
