About ten years ago our manager earned 75K. I think people who earn 65-90k can afford to live here . There are places for people who earn 45k here . With today's standards it is not a lot of money.

@Seeta_sa_gauta I'm not sure about R45k hey. The numbers won't number, rates for the estate only here alone are R10k. There is still water, electricity, government rates, general maintenance and the actual bond..I agree with you on the upper band you referred to and that is on a net basis, gotta be netting boma R70k assuming your partner also nets similarly and it's a double income household.
