My Illness started in Kisangani and two months later in Agadez was the conclusion. End double digit interest rates. 4) Once their are jobs in Africa for Africans. Low inflation.No one will come to Europe 5) Buy back all the ammunition dumped in Africa by US and European arms manufacturers. Africans are tired of wars. I recall during the Kosovo war, guns was cheaper in London than a chocolate bar. The MI5 had to buy the guns b4 they got into Uk and also did lots of police amnesty.
