I like it when you put all the games in one video. sometimes RU-vid wont play them in order with auto play.

This deck is really awesome and seeing that Doran package was such a cool idea! Tutoring up answers every turn and playing an odd tempo game was really interesting. I wanted the games to keep going! Great job Seth, BKA Saffron Olive, for coming up with this powerful idea and I hope it gets tweaked and played by pros!

This is one of my favorites in a long time. What a blast!

Not sure why you didn't just cast rest in peace instead of Nyx-Fleece Ram vs Grixis. That whole sequence with snapcaster and Tasigur could have been avoided.

Aw, no Tower Defense? It does not make as much sense in this build, but those "oops, I win" moments are priceless. :(

I'm kind of surprised you don't run a one of Eidolon of Rhetoric in the main deck. It's got a fat but for Doran, tutorable by Zur, and improves the combo matchup which is almost unwinnable g1. Even just replacing Athreos with it seems good.

I'm always surprised that Doran doesn't see more play. He's a beast by himself, he makes all sorts of creatures you want to play anyway (like Goyf) even better, and he randomly hoses stuff like Cranial Plating.

This deck looks amazing. I really want to play this. Also, I'm sad Athreos did basically nothing. Wondering if he could have had a better role. Maybe a couple tweaks, but I really like how well this deck works with itself.

Should we be running a few journey to nowhere and stasis snare in this deck for tutor-able removal?

I would love to see a video on how to counter ad nauseum combo. 3 people in my meta run it and no matter what cards I use to disrupt them, they still find a way out.

Totally want to build this...gotta buy a TON of lands though.

Honestly I would probably run two D-sphere's. Being able to tutor up removal two turns in a row seems really good.

Seth, in the game vs grixis delver, why didn't you give them though scour instead of serum visions? ( I think it was game 3) They wouldn't be able to keep cards on top. EDIT: Couldn't you use Murmuring Bosk? Seems so good :)

dont know if its for budget matter, but wooded foothills was so bad in the deck. Even if in need for more green fetches, both misty and verdant would be much better choices I think. Unless I'm missing something of course.

So I modified the deck a little, I added Canopy Cover to the mainboard to protect and took out Athreos . Not only does Canopy Cover protect Zur so he can take over the game, it's also great on a Doran . Other than that I didn't think there were any modifications to be made in the mainboard, but I did change the sideboard slightly. I added a Lifelink, Imprisoned in the Moon, and took out a single Spreading Seas and the Path . Spirit is a bad attacker but it can be great against any deck drawing cards. Perhaps it's a choice though, I'm unsure about that one. Also, I've played 2 matches against burn and lost both lol.

I like the faster Ornithopter Tarmogoyf version more but hey, Zur is sweet in this deck, gotta admit...

Seth i dont know where to put my fishmail for the podcast if its longer than 140 characters? anyways do you believe the card pool for the current standard is better that the current magic duels card pool? The magic duels premise is that you have access to every set back to orgins but you only have 1 mythic 2 rares 3 uncommons and 4 commons. So you can only play one heart of keran but you can also play 1 baby jace too

Did you consider Pernicious Deed at all? I'm not sure, but pulling it up via Zur seems good and it gets those Lingering Souls busted for free. The deck seems to flood out a bit.

Nyx Fleece is such a powerful modern card. For 2 mana you gain a lot of life, get a near immortal blocker, and fulfill so many niche roles

That Ad Nauseam could have won the first game just by using pact of negation and angle's grace on the upkeep and use SSG...
