Great gemstone hunt with some great friends. Cyle, Pauly and myself spend a day digging at one of my private gemstone claims. and after a slow start we hit it big with some amazing finds. These are some of the best geodes I have seen come from the area.

There was an amethyst vein out behind my grandmother's farm. When I was a kid, I'd walk through her fields after they plowed and just pick it up off the ground. Big crystals, too. Miss you, grandma.

I once found a large pocket, that had copper toned tips. It had about 7 points on crystal flower, about 6"' × 5" × 3" my most favorite crystal find.
