That is Joe Locke, one of the stars of Heartstopper. He also made his Broadway Debut in Jan in Sweeney Todd. Both an amazing actor, singer, and honestly just a wonderful person in real life. He's definitely going to steal the show.
I’m so damn excited for this series Billy/Wiccan is my favorite character of all time. I’ve been hoping that he would be on screen for almost 20 years.
