Truly eye opening analysis. You are right. SWP looks very lucrative, but one has to tread very carefully. During Covid, most mutual funds went for a toss, and took almost three years before they could return to pre-Covid normalcy. Hence right fund allocation management is very important.

Please help - : I have a folio of 1.5 cr plus. All in Equity. 70% in index funds (Nifty 50 and Next 50). Both funds are from the same fund house, happens to be UTI. Should I choose a different fund house for my further investment to de-risk the fund house concentration? OR it doesn't matter?

It is a risk to put money in banks for compound interest, if banks collapse you will not get back your money.

I waited till the end of the video but surprisingly all I could gather is that you wanted to scare your viewers and advertise your firm's services instead of guiding them a bit on how to plan for their retirement even once. Instead you could have briefly explained the viewers on how to invest safely in few areas percentage wise so that they could understand and if required, come to you for further guidance. Frankly speaking there are a dime a dozen ways to search on internet and apps with AI compatibility who can guide one on how well to stay invested and get steady income while fighting inflation at the same time.
