Madam, HR managers like you reject people above 40 without even reading their resumes. Now what is happening in Gulf countries. Young people between 21 and 30 are hired more.. They resign when they get other good jobs.. They have no experience. I joined the indian army at the age of 20 and served for 20 years. Then I applied for the job of security guard and super visor in Dubai. The hr manager was a lady and they gave the job to a fresher without even looking at the resume. 20 out of 22 security workers left the place in 3 months. Because they saw this job as a temporary center to try other jobs from there. No one who is educated will stay in the security field. If I was, I would have done 10 years.. Such a decision was made in the company meeting and is still being made. Can they be called intellectuals who give priority to the young blood who lacks maturity and experience in this field? I came home and the manager lady called me 3 times. Good salary was offered.But I didn't go and gave up gulfdream..this is what is happening now.
