sad because the team behind Ensemble Studios are far gone. Some of them went on to found Robot Entertainment, the team that created Orcs Must Die! Others went on to found Bonfire Studios, which got renamed to Zynga Dallas and when that got shut down, they went on to found Boss Fight Entertainment. Both Bonfire Studios and Boss Fight Entertainment focuses on IOS games... So many of the innovative minds of the RTS-genre is unfortunately making IOS apps now :(

Oh, of course, I too still play the immortal classic that is AoE II. But my original comment was a subtle wish for Age of Empires IV.
