We've got another mods of the month spotlight with @JumboPixel who's sharing all the amazing things our community has been creating. Give these a try on either Paradox Mods or Steam Workshop!
A mod that customizes culture for you would be so cool. For example it could allow for us to choose the city outlook for our culture and allow fixed number of units per tier to be implemented.
It's difficult to allow since Microsoft / Nintendo / Sony / heck even Apple want to review any and all source code loaded onto one of "their" devices. You think you bought an XBox but really you licensed an XBox from Microsoft and don't have official control of what is loaded onto it. It can be nice -- I have a Nintendo Switch and it's nice to know for sure that a game I buy on the Nintendo store will work for me the same as it does everyone else. But it does have the severe drawback that modding is... complicated. As much as Paradox / Triumph might WANT to let you mod the game on XBox, officially, they can't. Hasn't stopped people from figuring out how in the past, but you do have to be good with joining the hacker community to get it done.
@@TysonJensen Could you point me in the right direction please? Because Triumph Studios, who has been apart of Paradox Interactive since 2017, is the developer of the game and since they are owned by Paradox. It must be Paradox Interactive who has to allow mod access for consoles. Once they allow it then I'm sure Triumph studio will start developing some type of mod store on console ports. PS5 has the tech for it, it feels like the game was ported to console last minute.
