Comté Cheese···20g
Sugar···42g
Egg···1
Whipping Cream···125g
Cornstarch···5g
Black Pepper···0.5g
[Baking Time]
230°C/446℉ 20-25 minutes
[How to Make]
① Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, add sugar and mix well, then add cornstarch and mix evenly.
② Add one medium-sized egg and whipping cream, and whisk until well combined. If not well combined, you can sift the mixture.
③ Finally, add grated Comté cheese and black pepper, line a 5-inch mold with parchment paper, and pour in the cheese batter.
④ Bake, and after removing from the oven, let it cool completely or chill overnight before serving.

This whole video feels like an art project. The soft piano music in the background, the natural ambient noises during the process, the close-ups and colour grading, and of course, the gorgeous cheesecake... I love it all, I love this video. Thank you for sharing the recipe
