Ahhhh completely forgot to ask!!!

This was actually happening before Broken City. However I would say it was more trying to design a show like RCC, Pulse, MCM, and Rhythm X. It was just more obvious after Broken City won because how obvious their shows are

@@t1tan145there’s always a degree of mirroring and incorporating elements from other groups. But it’s painfully obvious that a lot of groups, even several in the PIW class, are just copy and pasting. It’s getting stale IMO and it’s getting hard to watch groups just recycle large concepts and writing vocabulary from Broken City. It worked for them because it was new and different. But 4-5 years later it’s got me and a lot of others I know wanting to see and hear something different from them. Just like this podcast talks about- MCM, RCC, Rhythm X- they all have their distinct style, but the concepts and shows look and feel different every single year and they are largely successful. To each their own tho.

@@agedoutpodcast call him back and ask. I am a one spock kind of guy, and I would love to hear his reasoning. MCM had to be one of the last holdouts on having two spocks. I suppose we will see SCV with two this summer.

​@@Inspadave Off the top of my head, Boston, Cavaliers, and Troopers all had one spock last year.
