I wanted to give you a 1 year update on how Agency skincare was working for me. I'm partnering with Agency for today's video, but all thoughts are my own.
I started using Agency in 2021, and have been using the Future Formula since June last year. In October of 2021 I added in the Dark Spot Formula.

About Me:
- I'm 47, but I'll be 48 in 2 months
- I have combo skin
- My main concerns were fine lines and dynamic wrinkles and hyperpigmentation
- I wear SPF 50 daily
- I haven't had any procedures done on my face

I signed up with Agency after watching your video a year ago. I am so happy I did. My skin has improved greatly. I'm 65, suffered from acne as a teen, was prescribed Accutane as a 30-something, but always had these large pores and breakouts. The continuous use of my Agency formula has kept my pores clear so they appear smaller, my wrinkles are still there but aren't as deep as before. The Agency program allows me to change what is shipped and how often. I check in fairly regularly with my Agency dermatology provider to ensure I am using the best formula for my skin. I use the Future Formula, Eye Formula, and Silkscreen sun protectant. I am quite pleased with this program and appreciate your honest review which led me to my own successful skincare program.

Yeah, me too. That's why I trust them so much. They looked at my whole health history and figured out what would work best for me. That's what I'm wanting from every dermatologist I see. I don't always get that.

Your hair is so pretty! Thanks for all this info. It’s helping me make a decision on whether or not to try their product. Like you j in halal used Curology years ago and liked the result. But in my 40s it’s not what I need.

I did not see that much difference in the photos because of the resting face muscles but I watched your first Agency video directly before this one and I can for sure see a difference in your absolutely reduced forehead lines and your pigmentation on the side of your face. I don't know if you got Botox or anything on your forehead but it seems so much smoother when you talk and show facial expressions compared to the first video. So happy for you and good to know, that they did catch your health issue and took the necessary precautions. That says a lot about a company!

Yes, the attention to detail is my favorite part of the company. I haven't had any Botox. Just skincare and sunscreen. I see the difference, but it's not as discernable in some of these photos. I need to be better about capturing before and after images on something other than my phone. That's my bad.

Thank you for this in-depth, outstanding review. It has made me feel confident to try Agency as opposed to waiting the over 6 months it will take for me to see a dermatologist in my area that is covered by my insurance. And the cost of the future and fade products are the same as my co-pay would be if I saw a derm each month - and I'd still need to purchase a product if I saw a derm! Thank you for sharing!

After two years one Curology, I switched to Agency because I need tretinoin and hydroquinone. After a month and half, my skin looks so much better. The future formula is much more effective for anti-aging than Curology was on my older skin.I also like the moisturizer and cleanser. The cleanser rinses clean, which is better than many.

Yes, I really feel that these products are very effective. I wish my future formula could include Tretinoin, but I love that they look at my entire health history. They're such a great company. The difference in my pigmentation is pretty significant. I really like the way the dark spot formula works for me. I have to make sure my 14-year-old doesn't grab my agency cream oil cleanser from my bathroom. She likes it a lot too. I like how soft it leaves my skin while making sure all of my makeup and Skin Care is gone. Thanks so much for watching today. Have a great weekend.

I really love Agency as well…I have a sunspot I am trying to fade and really like the dark spot formula. I’m trying their tinted sunscreen out this summer. I have not found one that doesn’t pill on my skin (fingers crossed)😊

All the best as you continue to achieve your skincare goals. I love Korean/Japanese sunscreens for their cosmetic elegance. They have better sun protection and sit better on the skin in my experience. Some of my favorites are from Biore UV aqua rich (Japanese, the US version isn't good) beauty of josen spf50, haru haru wonder Black rice SPF 50 and many of the Missha formulas. These are the ones I repurchase regularly and trust to keep my skin protected from the sun. They also work well with makeup and other skincare.

I have started with Agency and the 30 day samples didn't even last 2 weeks. The moisterizer pump is not that great either for me. I am also seeing complaints that the full size doesn't last the 2 months promised and that others have the same issues with the pump.Their customer service is also difficult. I had to figure out how to contact them by text on Facebook to get them to even answer. I started with the .02% sample and will get the .035% full size soon. The only ingredient that seems to change is the Tretenoid. I also am applying nightly but many take a day off for skin barrier care. I don't have dark spots so I use only the Future Formula. I may do the oil cleanser set later. Thanks for the great video. Very informative.

I'm glad this was helpful. The non active add-ons like moisturizer, face wash and SPF that Agency offers aren't my favorites. I've stopped using them, and use products from other brands that I like more. I feel like the non-active skincare products are for the person who wants a simple routine, and to have someone send them stuff directly to their door. That way they don't have to go to a drugstore, department store, or beauty store and try to figure out what they need. It helps those who feel easily overwhelmed by beauty products. I prefer to pick my own skincare, so the add ons they offer aren't for me. I have had problems in the past with my airlesss pumps not working for the future formula or the dark spot formula, and they just sent me a new one. I reached out to them via the customer service link on the website, and I got a quick response. I hope you don't have any more problems. Thanks for watching today.

@@lynetteroach43 I'll be 49 next month. You're right, sunscreen wasn't a thing when I was young. Only if you were headed to the beach and then it was SPF 15 if you were lucky. Mostly SPF 4 in the tanning lotion. 😬🙄

Hi Lipstick Gal! I also switched from Curology to Agency. I'm very happy with my skin & will continue to use it. I can see my skin cells turning over. My skin flakes & peels & then it looks really good. I just started a new formula. I use it 5nights on , 2 nights off. It lasts a long time. Do you use it all over your face & neck? Their instructions say to use all over but I saw someone on RU-vid sat to avoid the areas around upper lip& only go up to laugh lines & avoid the nose. What's your take?😊

It depends on the formula. The directions for my formulation of the future formula says to apply everywhere at night. Mine doesn't have any tretinoin because of my medical condition. I don't deal with any flaking or peeling. With the dark spot formula, I only use it on my actual spots. I apply it with a q-tip to where I need it. I'm glad you had good results. This is a question for others. When you signed up for Agency and was filling out the quiz, did you tell them your current routine or what you've done in the past? I'm really annoyed because I've been currently at retinol at 1.5% for more than half the year and I was plateauing and so I wanted to try Tretinoin and they only gave me azelaic and tranexamic acid and no tretinoin. Honestly I want a new trial because I'm trying to Agency for the tretinoin not for ingredients I can get anywhere. Should I have asked them specifically for tretinoin?

@@keinohrtini I definitely noticed my complexion is lighter but my dark spots are still there. Maybe they are needed to be used for longer time to see them fade. caused no break outs nor dryness.I have a combination skin. Hope this can help!

Tried agency The formulas were great however the quantity was less than the 2 month supply I was sold. I noticed the literature and packaging do not list the quantity. So the $160 two month supply only lasted me 3 weeks! l went to my local Dermatologist it was much less expensive. I was a cash patient did not use my insurance. During the pandemic many doctors did not have much business my local dermatologists were offering great prices for visits $45 to $65. I called around and asked the price and read yelp reviews. RX is only $30 per month. I have melasma which will need continuous care if you need longer term care you my want to check your local dermatologist.

Thanks for your review. I never had problems with my product running out before the 8 week mark. 🤷‍♀️ We're obviously using different amounts. My local dermatologist prices are $180 per visit. Then there's the price of the prescription that my insurance doesn't deem medically necessary. Agrncy was the most affordable way for me to treat my hyperpigmentation. I'm glad you have a more affordable option.

I just ordered and paid for my trial kit for free but did not want to provide my photo. I paid and verified my order , took the quiz ahead of time and provided all mybshipping snd contact info...I was not provided a confirmation of my order, and no tracking number...is my order on its way?

No, I've only tried Musely and Agency. I didn't like Musely, but it's been nearly 3 years since I tried them. I LOVE Agency, and recommend it to anyone who asks. Good luck in finding a product that will help you with your skincare goals.

Agency begins at $60 every other month and increases from there. (basically $30 per month) You can add on additional products. Like cleaners, additional formulas is moisturizer.

You are lovely and have good skin.. but honestly. I don't see any earthshattering or noticable difference. Now, you didn't age in the year and half. that's big. I'm on Agency too, going to give it six months ..but I do expect to "see" measurable results..$$$$

Thanks for the kind comment. For me, I don't want to see a noticable decline in my face. In the past decade (late 30s to late 40s) I've noticed such a huge difference in my skin's texture. It's so noticable to me. If I can go a year or two without a drastic change, it's a win. Those are my guidelines now. I do my best to care for my skin, so it's only small changes I see. I'll take whatever I can get.
