This is part of the Agent Animated Characters Showcase project. These videos show you all the cute and funny animations I can find of the animated characters developed by Microsoft on the Microsoft Agent program, enjoy them.
BARK! BARK! this is Rocky the Dog, if you fall to a river, call lassie. Need help on office? call rocky over here with the words "Here boy!" This dog will entertain you with with unique looking animations and mannerisms.
This is done with the Agent Viewer program and Camstudio for the video record.

Thanks for the compilation! I was actually the assistant animator on the Rocky animation back in 1996.

Sometimes Rocky would wag his tail and he'd cock his ears up like he's listening. Then he'd turn around and looked at what your work. If he liked it, he'd look at you (with his back turned) with a grin. That was one of my favorite animations of Rocky.

I used to watch these all the time as a kid in 2012, don't know why, guess I was fascinated by the characters. Still am, and I still use Office 2000 to this day for the MS Agents. :)

I remember when I was young I didn't have internet on my pc, so I always spent my time in word drawing him a house a basically playing with him 😂

Rocky was a good boy unlike Clippy who always looked like he was watching you and always on your case lol

I want all of the Microsoft agents to return in Windows Xp and especially Windows 7! Just think about it, in Windows 7, you might be able to download all of them! And if you want to or not use them, there could be a enable and disable feature in the files or something. My favorite was Clippit (Clippy), but Rocky was my second. I want ALL of the guys BACK!!! At LEAST for downloads in Windows 7! D_X It's possible!!! I bet SOMEONE can do it. :_(

We were talking about how cool Clippy was and I was like, Clippy was cool but do you remember the Dog? And I was the only one who got to have this little pal in my life during those awkward teen years.

I love this assistant's animations. He makes alot of smears, but not as high as the Goofs or Johnny Bravo.

Lol, I remember having this cute pupper in school when we got to use the computer lab! So cute 😁 we have things like Siri and Cortana but not these? Bleh
