A user is reaching out to an Agent in the IT team via Direct Message (DM) in Slack. The Agent decides to create a ticket from the message in the private conversation, which is created in the IT ticketing Inbox in Suptask. The user is set to be a requester, which will receive the notification of the created ticket automatically. The Agent will be notified that the ticket has been created, together with the rest of the Agent team.
