dear lord i hope its not a legit thing... 🤦♂ altho that whole situation did escalate because of the girl .....like why get out of the car ... ow well poorly created situation for a good cause i suppose
I live in Germany. When I saw this, I wasn't shocked by the arrest, but by what happened before. The moment, he stopped, he told the girl to put the hands in front of her. This is something no one would do in Germany. That is so disturbing. Sure, not everything is perfect with our police. They make mistakes, they are human, but to be so afraid of the police that innocent people teach their children how to deescalate a police control...
@ Julia A. What can I say--"Murica"....the new police state. Here we also have a law that protects blatantly corrupt cops, even those who are **recorded** physically assaulting the public--it's called qualified immunity. Imagine that : a law that actually protects corrupt cops from being sued!!! So, any payouts or financial settlements that result from legal actions are burdened upon the taxpayers, because the corrupt or violent cop never has to pay a dime out of their own pocket. Corrupt cops are immunized from any financial consequences for their actions. They aren't even required to procure any form of liability insurance. Doctors must do so. Lawyers must do so. **Even teachers must** procure some form of liability insurance. Just not cops..😤😤😤
In the early 80s the incident happened in Long Beach when an off duty officer was assaulted by police officers . I've seen the scenario in a few different cop dramas.
Happened in 2017. When an undercover black cop on St. Louis was severely beaten by cops. He's being so bad that he was unable to return back to work due to the permanent injuries.
@Jeremiah Harrington I thought he was heading to a staging area anyways for his undercover work, where having such ID would be an unhealthy part of his complete breakfast.
im from St. Louis MO. a few years back an undercover black officer was beaten up by other officers in uniform at a protest and the undercover officer won millions off the city and a few of the other officers were fired if memory serves and other the union was able to protect
Spoilers of the Episode: Those aren't cops but ex-cops who escaped from jail from a powerful weapons dealer who wants revenge for both his business and his son who got shot by the NCIS team. This was all rigged to kill NCIS and get the dealer empty revenge because he was also betrayed by his clients who stole his latest shipment of military rockets with tracible cash.
Police act as though it would be difficult to find them after doing this. I would definitely be retaliating in time, and I am relatively confident it wouldn't be to their liking.
@@BigErn33 very true but the way im reading the first guys comment is this was a recording taken off the street. I understand this is a major issue accross America and other places around the world
I don't know. I hear that next week they are going to be cops on Law and Order: SVU. Maybe we can stage a protest or something. I agree, these two should not be cops EVER AGAIN ANYWHERE
America is becoming more and more of a sunken place and for the record I'm not saying that in reference to this but of what I have experienced and witnessed for myself as of late 💯
Not true, good try though. It helps solve problems as far as communication goes, but the officer is not required to tell you at the beginning of the stop.
@@deacallion2597 Cops need what is called Probable cause to pull you over, probable cause means that they have to: smell marijuana in your car, or see you put a blunt to your lips, or see a gun in your hands and more...otherwise if a cop doesn't start a reason why he pulled you over, you have a 4th amendment right to not consent to an illegal search of your car ( property), and you have a right to call an attorney and have him or her to meet you at the scene. the 4th amendment of the constitution protects you from illegal search snd seizures of any and all documents and seizure of your personal property.
True but so what. A significant percentage of cops (especially if profiling/pretexing) treat it as a compliance/dominance test. If you ask questions before complying, you get the 'belligerent/ aggressive track.' They are also looking into your car for other things.
@@Alvan81 thats the exact reason why i told you about it, cops in that country are super aggressive towards people they pull over and you shouldn't have to stand for that as a law abiding citizen. so stand up for your rights. question the officers actions and file a complaint for the things they do wrong. he comes up to your window and can't provide a valid reason for stopping you.... ask him if you are being detained until he says no then drive off. if he say yes comply with lawful or unlawful orders where still maintaining your rights.
When I get pulled over I always put my hands on the dash and take my shit out early. Being someone who doesn't have blue eyes and blond hair it's pretty easy for a cop to freak Out. I already had a cop draw on me because they saw a gym bag in the back seat and saw a sword. Didnt' care to hear that I was coming froma martial arts tournament. The struggle is truly real...
I was once in an argument with a coworker about how white people get preferential treatment from law enforcement officers, we were both white and he was of the opinion that everyone was treated completely equally, of which I knew better. I asked a black coworker of mine how often he got pulled over when he wasn't doing anything wrong - he said "Oh, not that often." But I pressed him and he said, "I guess like, 20 times a year or something? Like I said, not that often." - That blew everyone away. - I knew it was bad, but didn't know quite how bad. It's an unfortunate reality in our nation.
Are you seriously complaining that the cop was nervous because he saw a sword in your back seat, erm yeah obviously when cops are used to getting attacked on a daily basis they’re gonna be nervous seeing you had a SWORD, typical victim mentality
@@kparsa1 bro they’re out there every day dealing with dangerous criminals that lie to them, they can’t just believe u because you say so, they gotta be always on edge to make sure they come home alive
Yea folks it’s bad all around it’s said that these things happen. Also inline as far as you was saying about the girl 👧🏽. I was looking for your comment or and that I was going to need to create one ☝️. But I didn’t need too! She was tripping alll day, I don’t use Profanity and I haven’t for years now. But even though it’s a tv 📺 show and I know it’s not real. The video isn’t real but these things happen in real life. So when she got out the car 🚗 like that I did say profanity in my head and I’m not proud of it. But it really made me upset really really upset
That was horrible Police had NO right to do that On an unrelated note, eyes on the road and no puppy eyes. Directors, monkey see, monkey do, YOU HAVE TO STOP encouraging people to give puppy eyes because some idiot will actually do the puppy eyes while on the road.
Scenes like these really piss me off. I almost walked out of the theater when straight outta Compton showcased it, All American showcased it 3 flipping times, and it almost made me quit watching the show. I watch shows and movies to really disconnect from this F'd up world we live in, and when we see realistic situations being brought in to films and shows. It's one of my biggest pet peeves
Apart from the huge problem the US police have with racism, what strikes me most is how badly they're trained .. I'll never understand why police in the US are trained to constantly expect the worst of the people they're supposed to protect. Sure, their job is tough and dangerous, but shouldn't that result in significantly longer and much more rigorous training? Here in Switzerland, police deal with way less violence, but police school has very strict requirements for aspiring recruits, and it takes two years to complete. Cops like the ones in this scene are obviously badly equipped for their job; I'm sure that if their training lasted two years instead of 3 months, they'd be better at reading situations ... they'd still be racist but at least they'd know they're wrong instead of having a victim complex
It was probably in the script. If the director had a problem with it he would have directed him to keep his eyes on the road. (You do realize that the "vehicle" is stationary and that the rear of the car is a screen made to look like the car is in motion?)
Oh, the case where the officer was concerned about the passengers in the car so he decided to fire multiple rounds into that car, barely missing (through sheer dumb luck) the passengers?
@@markwells3289 yes. He bled out and died right there. His girlfriend and daughter were traumatized but unfortunately the cop was never convicted even though he admitted it was a mistake. Philando worked at an elementary school and had done nothing wrong.
Oh really?!? So, the black people being murdered by police officers are what?!? "Outside of America"...it's "amazing" how disgusting racists like you exist 🤮🤮🤮
If you think cops are being unfair or violating your rights fight it in COURT. Not the streets. Cops all wear bodycams and I've personally sued because of a false arrest. Do NOT make things worse.
Failing their own industry report card consistently isn't a few bad apples. Not even 3rd world nations fail as consistently as our law enforcement. This has been for decades meaning no demographic should be pro cop and should have been overhauling and jailing many for over the past 40 years. We were past the few bad apples phase before then. Again that's based off their industry report card. Nothing you claim in favor of law enforcement below the Fed level is true and never will be. Not an opinion
@@asheer9114 What is 'right wing' propaganda? Currently Hollywood is trying to create more diversity by showing homosexual lifestyles. That's is haram in Islam. The penalty of such vile behavior is death in Islam.
By showing how certain people are treated by the police? The police create division all by themselves. People act like Rodney King didn't happen, y'all live in some fantasy bullshit.
I might get hate but I just started back watching NCIS Los Angeles I'm not a fan of roundtree and fatima idk to me they just feel outta place miss Neil and Eric also were the hell is Hetty at
The stop was maybe BS... witch we did Not know, till the end of the show. but - and I know You gone hate this... She was told to stay in the car. He should Not have walked against the officer. Lock on real stops, were sovcit idiots do the samething... cuffs and tazer.
If only that were true. Crime is out of control in LA. Police are not even answering calls of robbery and assault. Takes 20 minutes for them to respond to a shooting.
Usually the case yes. They act like that everywhere too. Police brutality and racial profiling needs to come back. It's a warzone in LA. If there isn't a shootout at the corner, there's druggies, hobos, shit, and used needles everywhere.
Who writes this BS, no man I know is going to be Hero Man and charge for the police while cuffed and another cop has gun drawn... Terrible Script....lol
Fortunately black citizens do face this problem. These are problems that democrats try to resolve as bills and amendments, but those activities end up getting watered down so that their racist doctrine becomes a actionable law. I live in a predominantly conservative state, but a great amount of leftist bills that get crammed down my states constitution only serves in a positive manner for Lincoln and Omaha nebraska residents. As if those situations are appearing in rural nebraska. Which is not happening.. but Lincoln and Omaha representatives are arguing as if this type of norm is completely supported by the conservative citizens throughout this state..
