Thank you all so much for your viewership as we covered Marvel's Agents of Shield over the years. This has consistently been our favorite show out of everything we do, and we will continue to fly the flag of our Shield Agents for years to come. The lack of *"We'll return in a moment!"* really got me.

You going "YES!!!" when May drops in being like "The Cavalry!" is literally Clark Gregg at the Table Reading for this Episode. XD

3x17 - Jemma, to Fitz: "One of these days, we'll find something out in space that's magnificent, right?" 7x13 - Fitz helps Jemma remember that they had a daughter in space that they named after a star. I always hoped for a happy ending for all characters on the show, but man, Fitz-Simmons needed it more than any characters I've come across in my years of consuming media. Glad to learn Maurissa and Jed agreed.

They trolled us by ending the whole show on a futuristic Zoom call.

The code 136 is the number of episodes of shield

I loved that Ming-Na Wen added that “the cavalry” line up herself to help give the character the development she felt she needed in the end. Such a great moment!

I love Mac has just gone full Fury, he's director, got a trenchcoat and on a hellicarrier.

A little fact I loved was that it was actually Ming's idea for May to say "The Cavalry" when she drops down because she finally wanted her to really claim that nickname... something we know her character in season 1 hated being called... I think it really speaks to her (with her new powers) being able to really understand and accept herself.

God, I loved the finale so much. It didn’t feel like a goodbye. It felt like “Until we meet again” and it was so fitting for the show.

I really love that Piper wished for an LMDavis, shows how much she cares about her friend and I loved to continue seeing their banter since it was like one of the best parts of seasons 5B and 6 ^^

As soon as Simmons started to talk about the „special star“ in their story I just knew they would have a kid named after it, then the scene comes where they reunite wit Alya and I just started bawling, was close to crying the whole time but couldn’t keep it in there

Coulson flying away with Lola just saying the word „cool“ Me: holy shit that was so cool

Fitz is Ant Man Doctor Strange and Iron Man rolled into one

This finale was nothing short of fitting. I'm glad (almost) everything was wrapped up and almost everybody got to live. Onto the next adventure

You guys need to watch the finale table read if you haven't seen it yet. Even if it's just to see the cast reaction to the Calvary moment. According to Jeff Ward, they toyed with a stinger that focuses on Deke. An agent comes in and asks if he's in charge... he turns around and says yes, but he has an eyepatch. Thanks for the great reactions to the series! I've enjoyed watching them and hearing your theories for the episodes.

I love that they are able to meet up in the framework, using it in a good way. Also Elizabeth Henstridge might be doing live watch alongs for previous seasons’ episodes with cast and crew on her RU-vid channel.

The way Simmons and Daisy’s final interaction went has me hoping for a Disney+ spinoff.

So shield is being run by Mack and will deal with the threats on earth and Sword is being run by Fury who will deal with the threats in space. I'm hoping this is actually canon in the MCU because it kinda makes sense.

The thing I love most about it is how they assembled the team throughout S1E1, and ended with a montage of them being disassembled and moving on with their individual lives.

Grab Calvin and do a rewatch with him! Id love to see that! Fitzsimmons happily ever after is all I wanted and this show will always hold a special place in my heart!

This is the end of an era, it's crazy to look back when we all started watching the first season. I was 11 when the show started and now I'm 18, it's cheesy to say but as the show grew we all grew. I don't know what will happen next but I'm happy I got to see it all through.

I knew of all people, it would be Blind Wave that would immediately realise LMDavis was Piper's request (or at least the ones to verbalise it immediately). Cheering and crying simultaneously is a strange feeling.

These intros are killing me I also love that we now essentially have Deke Fury in one timeline and Mack Fury in the OG timeline given the real Fury is now in space with SWORD

Dana says- I just learned yesterday that AoS's lead composer, Bear McCreary made a cameo appearance this season. In 7x5 A Trout In the Milk, he was the long-haired dude who sped past the team on roller skates. :-) He released a Agents of SHIELD related video on his YT channel yesterday. It's a fun watch.

Adored this finale!! And best reaction yet, so fucking satisfied. And yes, FitzSimmons ending was very similar to Peter and Olivia on Fringe! Loved everything completely and so amazing how it changes the season 6 finale and the whole of season 7 so much in hindsight.

Mack was always afraid of heights and now he's on a f*ing helicarrier!

Simultaneous fights: May-Coulson vs Chronicoms and Daisy vs Nathaniel. Love it.

This finale was so perfect for what shield had turned into, I cried twice. Once when daisy sacrificed herself and then at the very end. It's sad this is the last joeph loebb show besides helstrom. The beginning and end of an era. I don't think a marvel show will ever reach this much like in terms of characters this particular show built and layered, keen for agents of sword to join the mcu hopefully.

That last Fitzsimmons scene with Alya was a cute Fringe series finale recall. LOVED IT

Throughout all 7 seasons of Shield, I feel like everything's coalesced perfectly into this one episode. Except one thing. Where the F*** is VIJAY?!

I wish they gave a nod to people like Hunter, Bobbi and Deahlock

I would love all of those spin off ideas (May in the Academy, Daisy in space, Mack's crew and Deke's SHIELD). But man oh man could you imagine Daisy and the gang meeting the Guardians?! Rocket would roast Sousa the entire time and Sousa wouldn't know what to make of them and it was be hilarious. Man I love that beautiful elderly man.

Jesus i just finished the finale and i just cried like a baby. I can't believe i will never see them on the screen again... it's been seven years bois what a wonderful journey It's a difficult time in my life and i m gonna miss them so much, they really helped me in time through difficult moments

Finally. Been waiting on this one....

this series was ended on a 10/10 episode with almost 0 plot holes for this series story.

Finally...been waiting for this one. It was a solid end to the series but man, I really don’t want these characters to go..:(. It was great to get one final big MCU tie in with the Quantum Realm...the VFX for it and everything else were top notch!!. Deke staying behind made sense but it was still sad....I still wish we got one last scene with him but ultimately , I liked his ending...I can already imagine Director Shaw running around the world while masquerading as a self proclaimed rock god lol!!. It was great to see Piper , Flint & Davis again but it truly blew my mind when we found out that the people in the hazmat suits were future versions of our team..they really tied it all up!! (I still wish we got something about Vijay so we could tie that one loose thread up too but honestly , I’m not that upset about it). The manner in which they defeated Chronicoms I can see not working for everyone...it did feel a bit anticlimactic but I liked how May’s empathy powers played into it, it was a cool payoff for that. I’m glad none of our heroes died and everyone got some sort of happy ending. Kevin Feige needs to take out that stick up his ass and put some of these characters in the movies!!. Thank you guys for your reactions to this great show for the past few years...I truly appreciate it...it’s been a hell of a ride!! I really hope we see these characters again but if not...this was a fitting Spy’s Goodbye!!.

I love than everyone had their happy ending. Can’t wait to see if they do something with them in the future, but if they don’t that’s also fine with me. One thing I also loved is that Daisy’s last Quake happened the same way as her first Quake. Seeing her in that powerful stance again gave me infinite goosebumps.

Nathaniel mastered the Quake powers for a couple of years now, he only got Kora's power for like a hot minute so I'd understand that he would use more of that power in the Quake V. Quake fight.

It would be a huge injustice if they don't mention or have Daisy show up the next time we see Fury. If Fury's the director of SWORD out in space it would be great to have Daisy working with him.

Dude, Coulson is a dork in such a suave way. It's amazing. I've never cried like this at a finale. Yeah, it's over, and that makes me sad. BUT, I cry for that reason at a lot of finales. I cried at this one because I was just so darn happy. They managed to get all the little things in there, and get them just right for me. I wanna write some grand poetry about how freakin lovely it is. I mean, I wish we could've gotten a Ward cameo, or seen Deke again, but those are whatever honestly, they would've been bonuses. My favorites had to be Sousa and the typewriter gift, the little looks between May and Coulson they always NAIL and gets me every time, and May at Coulson Academy. I mean hell! The academy itself got me crying hysterically lol. I put off this show for so damn long, the only good thing about that being I could binge it all in one go. Like, you can move on and still be happy. Life can change and you can still be happy. I mean I knew that, but this show, this episode really made me feel it. Seriously amazing. Dude, if they're sword, what if we got to see Sousa, Daisy, and Kora in WandaVision??? .O. And I think I'd implode with joy if Coulson ever shows up in phase 4 lmao. I would cry. ALSO fun-fact yall, SHIELD is an actual government program apparently lol for those who didn't know, I didn't.

Hey guys. I know it's long overdue and you may never see this but I just finished your SHIELD reactions. I just recently watched season 7. So I ended up rewatching all your SHIELD reactions from the beginning. I'm really gonna miss watching it and watching you guys react to it. I also wanted to say that you shouldn't despair, Enoch is still alive in Deke's timeline. He's still being a good anthropologist at the moment... As he has always been. It’s weird, these reactions became a part of the show for me around season 4. Aos is how I found Blind Wave. I don’t think it’s set in for me that Shield is over, but this being the last reaction to it will really make it set in. I literally feel like I have to go back and watch every episode again, since it's been about 7 years since I started watching.

If there's ever a college level history course of how one show can go from a mediocre movie spinoff that's largely ignored into one of the most amazing, well-written, heartfelt series of the early 21st century it will be AOS.

If ever there was a season finale to show the polar opposite of Game of Thrones's season finale it was this. SHIELD delivered on writing, audience satisfaction, emotional connection, character arcs, suitable fan service, everything. Seeing Davis and Piper together was amazing. When he accused her of programming him to be more stupid it almost seemed like she lead the advising for his programming in terms of what would make him realistically Davis-like which she would know well.

I really didn't wanted this to end... i now watched the entire series and your reactions to it before getting to this point... i am going to miss this show SO much

This season and especially this finale catapulted AoS back up to probably my number 1 or 2 favorite show after a little drop in season 6, but this has been one hell of a consistently amazing season and it’s probably even my favorite of the show, (almost)everything just made so much sense and came full circle, sorry season 4 you may now leave your throne to your successor.

Eric & Aaron, "Brainwave" from Stargirl was supposed to return for this finale as Malachi the Chronicom, but he was busy filming Stargirl. So they recast the role. He was the Chronicom who dropped his weapon and told Yo-Yo they were friends after being given empathy.

I remember the first reaction you guys made & where I commented on the old version of the blind wave website. Thing came along nicely to a full circle.

This was the most perfect ending to a show that I've ever seen. Thank you Eric and Aaron - I had watched the first couple seasons and then lost track of the show until I started watching your channel and hear how you raved about how amazing the show had gotten. I am so grateful I took your advice and caught up. There's not a better show out there.

I'm late getting here, but I have to get this out. The show affected, and impressed, me a lot more than I expected, not really being a Marvel fan. But I also have to thank you guys, not only for the reactions, but for partially prompting me to start watching the show at all. I remember you making references to it in certain Star Wars reactions. I started watching Shield in the early months of this year, since there was a gap in Star Wars content, and because I'd seen some suggestions that Chloe Bennet could be good as Sabine Wren in live action. At the end of episode five I was hooked. Throughout the series, I was impressed at how the writers could really fill a season (especially the longer ones), and could keep things developing while not losing sight of what came before. Your reactions (as with Star Wars) are the most all-around fun and insightful ones I've seen. They gave me a way to further engage with the show so it wasn't a solitary experience, and definitely helped me to process this finale. Thanks again, and kudos on that message from Jeff Ward!

Thank you Blind Wave for reacting to this series! :) Out of all comic book tv-series I have seen, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D is my nr 1 favorit. On top of that, you guys are in a lot of ways directly connected to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D for me as well (and a lot of other tv-series to), since as far as I can remember I have watched your reactions along side the series since... hmm, I actually do not know when I first encountered you guys, but it was since befor you switched from your old BW channel to this one as your main channel (since I recall getting a new video from you all about you having to move channels). So again... thank you guys for being part of my Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D experience... and thank you all for all the work and time you put into this channel and everything you do... because you have been a part of a large portion of all of my favorit shows on tv... ... ... speaking of which... I don't care if you cheat or what ever with a future poll or something, but start watching The Expanse already, it's a damn good sci-fi show! XD Oh and also, Altered Carbon is another really great sci-fi show as well.
