Wow, I'm so glad I found this. Most REM video tutorials stay away from the IRS years and would certainly never do an obscure b-side. I consider this one of their best songs. Thanks for this.
I think I recall Peter saying they thought it sounded too much like Burning Down and they eventually got sick of both songs or whatever. This one might've fit well on Reckoning for sure.
