Have you encountered an issue where after exporting orthomosaics and opening in Civil 3D the ortho has shifted? We are banging our heads against the desk trying to figure out what is going on. In Agisoft the targets hit dead on, but in other programs the ortho has shifted away from the gcp's... in some places as much as 0.4'
