Ahmedabad Airport Documentary 

In 2017 I came to India and landed on AMD. Right after getting out of plane there was a bad urinary smell. That was the first disappoinment. After getting bags I checked out through custom and they found everything good with blushing smile and asking for dollars. My parents and wife travelled recently and the volunteer service person helped getting bags loaded on their trolly and pushed through gate and they gave him 2$ tip for help. Volunteer was so greedy and asked for 10$ bill. Come on this is not just happened to I and my family. I had so many friends and relatives had same experience. When it will change God knows

I’m a regular traveller to ahmedabad. International terminal is actually well maintained. But domestic terminal is pathetic, toilet is horrible and smoking area look like one normal chai hotel. Ahmedabad airport can’t be compare with airports like. Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi and Hyderabad.

First time I saw Ahmedabad airport (aerodrome) in 1946. It was British India. A small passenger plane from Karachi to Bombay via Ahmedabad had arrived. Dream came true last year when I landed directly on Ahmedabad airport coming from US.

Great airport, with completely incompetant and greedy staff. Staff at checkin kiosks have zero knowledge about their own duties. People at arrivals (including custom officers) are just waiting for bribe. I have been approached by their chelas and asked for money (in dollars) just to clear the customs without any problems. Horrible.

Way to go ... This deserves a good applause and wishes for continuos growth with safety and memorable guest experience services...
