You are a good honest fisher that play by the simple rules in place of catch and release...only wish there are more fishermen like you so we can appreciate what the ocean provides...
Bro try to cut a few slits across da body and put more oil so it covers just over half while dey laying in da pan. Den fry em on med heat for about 5 mins each side, pull em out on da paper towel, increase the heat to high n flash fry the fish for about 2 mins on each side again. As soon as you pull em out on the paper towel hit em with salt. You can literally eat everything except the middle spine bone.
Cool vid, nice to see your respect for the resource. You made me nervous choosing to fish on the seaside side of the wall but more power to you. A couple of pointers on the cooking part if you don't mind.... shake off excess flour, I like to use a strainer, before frying everything else was great. When eating use a butter knife to filet the meat off the rack beforehand. There are videos on RU-vid that can give you an idea. Small fish are tasty but I like dealing with the bones before I dig in. Your channel looks cool, I'm onboard.
I've never heard of storing your slings in the refrigerator, but that seems like a good idea ! And again, enjoyed watching the video ! Can't wait for the next video :)
