This season made me go back into a depression episode, but the two lines “I HATE trees,” and “But what about the gays, I mean, how are we gonna get rid of them,” kept me alive
When I first watched Murder House at the age of 14 I loved it. When I watched it again at 23 I was laughing through most of it. I honestly don't get why people say Murder House is the best season, it really isn't. Still love Asylum and Coven though
Exactly! Like it's not a bad season its just clearly not the best. Personally I found it harder to watch because it came off as cringey in some moments and almost all the characters were unbearable to watch. I personally liked coven 100 times more than murder house
@@alyssat8643 agree, currently watching Freak Show and I think that one's better than Murder House too 😅 And while I agree Coven was a bit "high school drama" at times, it was just so freaking iconic! And Jessica Lange as Fiona Goode just owned the entire season tbh
@@roachiesheiekopffl7235 i was 16-17 back then and heard about it from a classmate who mentioned it in class as her favorite show💀 so i was like aight the title seems interesting so i started watching it and oh god.... i vividly remember going on tumblr and seeing tate being glorified and as a European i was even more horrified because we dont have school shooters here and that americans glamorised tate so much. i very much hope you watched AHS way later than middle school 😭
I recently rewatched the season and laughed so hard when Constance said something like "Well, those Koreans... they are mad at us since Hiroshima." And she also said some other similar comments. She was painting a creepy picture in one scene suggesting that she's actually a REALLY skilled artist and that she must've made the murals in the house, yet she is so mean and ignorant towards everyone, that joke was just perfect for her! :D
I just watched the first episode yesterday, after years of thinking this series was super scary and gory (I’ve hear it gets worse in later seasons but eh) but man was i confused watching the first episode it was NOT what I expected and I was guffawing the whole time😂
I’m surprised Billie Dean Howard’s line about not wanting dead Mexican women in her bathroom isn’t featured here. When I first saw this show and heard that line I laughed so hard.
So weird how this was one of my favorite seasons as a younger teen. When I got older into my 20s, I rewatched the season again and damn, this show did not age well
