Times got tough for dr.taub

Dr. House got a lupus diagnosis wrong one time and Taub on the other hand got it right, opening a fissure in space time and House shoved him in, now Taub is in a galaxy far far way and long time in the past and no way to get back

He has probably found a way to use a Binary vocabulator to speak almost-Basic (i.e. the in-universe lingua Franca presented as English to us viewers). The external fact is it is actually voice dialogue, done by Dave Filoni, put through some sound editing to give it the whomping beepy tones.
