Clone wars:Micro (2003) vs Clone Wars (2008) vs Rebels (2014) vs Tales Of The Jedi (2022). Kenobi series vs clone wars 2008. The Mandalorian vs Ahsoka vs Kenobi series. *Godzilla:Legacy Of Monsters (live-action) vs Skull Island (Anime)*
The only problem that comes with comparing Star Wars Rebels and (other than people’s complaints about the show) Ahsoka. Is that so far Ahsoka isn’t even finished and Star Wars Rebels. Has FOUR SEASOOONNNSSSS! Of animated content that fans a lot more to chew on.
I’m my opinion my biggest red flag when it came to live-action Ahsoka was her head tails, they were made longer in the Ahsoka series but I’m still not satisfied. Obviously it’s because the actor would have trouble playing the character with a long and heavy wig but I like to think that there is an (in-universe) reason for why her head tails were short. My head canon: Even though it’s flesh, Twi-Leks and Taguritas have the ability to cut their head tails similar to how humans can cut their nails or hair. Sometime between the events of the Rebels epilogue and the Mandalorian Ahsoka shortened her head tails only for them to start growing back by the time of the Ahsoka series.
I am excited to see how the show will progress, a strong start with potential. Only issue is really with them nerfing ashoka a little, she should've bodied everyone with ease but I'm sure she'll show her power later on
@@Peer165 I can see it point but with a villian as smart as thrawn or powerful as a nightsisted I feel like it makes sense to have ashoka be as powerful as she was in rebels
They really should've cast the Voice Actors as the actual characters. If the actor can pull it off and looks enough like the character there's zero reason not to cast them.
yeah just from the looks alone hera in rebels is far different as the hera in live action, for starters hera has a triangular face while in live action she has a square face.
I enjoyed the Ahsoka show so far even though I see points made by people who aren't fans of it and agree with some of their complaints but we are only one fourth of the way through the show so there is time to explain. What are your thoughts on Rebels as a whole?
I didn't really like Sabine using the force, she was one of my favourites and seeing how she was mishandled in the show. My opinion so please be civil about it.
Glad to see this show getting some positive recognition amidst all the negativity. Do you stand by your theory that the show will involve the World Between Worlds?
I’ll eventually get around to watching this but right now I’m currently taking a break from Disney+ shows after finally watching Gargoyles for the first time and rewatching both Gravity Falls and Avengers Earth’s Mightiest Heroes (All are great shows BTW, highly recommended)
Could have been interesting. But Maul would not have stood a chance. Ahsoka even said that too him when she faced him in the final four episodes of The Clone Wars.
Rebels wins, hands down. Dave Filoni may be good when it comes to animation, but seriously fumbles when he tries his hands at live-action. I mean, look at what he did on Mandolorian season 3 and Book of Boba Fett. Both were terrible and he had a hand in both of them. Also, Ahsoka's sense of humor is gone, and is just stoic now, along with Hera Sindula and Sabine Ren. Why are they all so stoic now without any sense of humor? Plus, why is it that now in TWO Star Wars shows when somebody is stabbed through the midsection with a lightsaber, they don't die?! What the hell?!
This show was one of my favorites I. Enjoyed it a lot and I. Enjoyed Star Wars, rebels a lot. It was one of my favorites of all time. I was 13 years old when rebels first came out and me. And my Real father watched it together for the first time and I. Absolutely loved it. I love the clone War so much and seen rebels. It was really fun. I enjoyed it a lot. The characters were beautifully handled. They were really good lovable. And I just loved all the characters. And as a teenager whenever a new episode comes up. I would always watch it and give it a big hug as a friend. I enjoyed it a lot. I recently finished rebels and near the end. It got me to cry a lot and I really enjoyed it. And also this show too. It was Incredible. I enjoyed it a lot and I can't wait to watch It again. It is one of my favorite shows ever for rebels. I would give it a 10 out of 10 and as for this show. I would give it a 9 out of 10 and as a true Star Wars fan. I. Enjoyed it a lot. And I will defend these shows to my death
Imo, i think u should continue making these tv show reviews on YT, eric. I know u have your "let's watch" show in Patreon, but man, these tv show reviews of u are so great. ✨️
True. But they're actors. They've been in front of the camera before. So if a Director does their job, then they should be able to rise for the challenge.
Tbh this show was great, my only main issue was the useless Sabine force arc but tbh I think this is the best looking Star Wars series. The visual effects are gorgeous. Plus I think episode 4 is the best live action Star Wars tv episode
I thought he was ok in the first three episodes. But he was AMAZING in episode 4. Especially his scene with Sabine. It showed that he was a man of integrity. And not just a two dimensional bad guy. Dave Filoni has always been good in that way with his villains.
This should’ve been a Animated Series with the Original Voices Actors or the Voice Actors give the Roles in Live Action, this Series doesn’t have any of the Star Wars Energy or the Nostalgic Feel, it’s not a Bad Series but it’s not Good Either as of Yet, this feels like a Sabine Series than a Ahsoka Series but we will see, also I predict the Black Knight is Ezra.
I thought you'd be releasing the flash vs video first, but you released another banger video. Speaking of which, when is the Flash vs video coming out on YT?
@@langfordentertainmentstudi6745 That and it had the benefit of coming out later when storytelling and world building had improved, while the OG is fine but not nearly as cool by comparison.
@@EricCarter12 it was incredible very different from other star wars projects the first few episodes are slow and very diolouge heavy but once you get used to it it's so much better than the other d+ shows like kenobi and Boba fett. The prison arc is probably the best Disney sw content out there.
Literally watch any other female character who plays a mother and then watch Winstead in this and you'll see what I mean. I get no motherly vibes from her with her kid in this show.
