Hey Ray! I found a cool technique you might like. in the workflow i selected Eliza instead of conversational AI and after the first message the system defaults to the "conversational AI training" and IS ABLE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN THE WORKFLOW! Pretty neat!
Great video! I completely agree with you that everyone who makes bots 🤖 thinks theirs are the best. The ones that use zapier are overly complicated IMO 😅
Ray this was such a helpful video! Question for you, I know that you showed in the start how you can train the Ai bot via giving them Webstie URLs or Google Docs to "read/study" to learn how to reply back to. My question is, if I create a workflow that the initial step is not the ai bot, but lets say step 2 or 3 based on conditions etc, can I train the AI bot to respond to those conversations or will it not work as you showed as it will not be able to read the initial/previous messages then either?
You will not be able to feed that initial information into the ai bot conversation. You would have to store that communication in like a custom field then feed that custom field to chatgpt via workflow and ask for response but I can't see how to make it work with conversational ai.
Great question. I will have to test this but it would make sense that you add the address fields to the calendar form for the appointment and the bot should be able to pick this up if they are required fields. You can also adjust the intent to have the bot confirm the address before scheduling the appointment. I will investigate furthur. Thanks for watching.
Thats a great niche. Talk to the owners and get basic questions that they get asked everyday and what some of the common objections that people have and train the bot on those. Thanks for watching.

Im not saure whewn I will create a video on this feature. The problem is you can now access past conversations but the initial problem still exists that the workflow can't interpret the initial message either via snms, website chat etc. Thanks for watching.

I want to use Appointment booking bot using the Live chat. But it cant book meeting without the contact details (name + email) whats the best way to make sure the bot have this before it starts to book appointments? (don want to use SMS/text widget - to expensive for segments outside US)
@@WILLNELSONCOACH The core conversational ai feature does not go off once set to autopilot mode. If you are using conversation ai action in workflow you may want to check the workflow settings to see if it has a time period window set. Thats all I can think of.
Note: the conversation AI should follow the toggle (I don’t have a recent test to confirm/deny whether it is working). The workflow AI doesn’t obey the toggle, the VA would need to remove from workflow.
