Yes mankind either faces a star trek-style Utopia well there's no work everyone's immortal no one has to die a paradise oh perfect I think a lot of people might be like is this real this can't be real or the human race one day we'll just died from a nanite plague so haven or rapture it's a win-win scenario
That's singularity. I don't think we have reached that level. Even though AIs are little developed it's not developed to do quantum computing and even quantum computers are not much developed. For attain singularity we need a much developed AIs to carry out quantum computing and need quantum computers that has about 1000000 qubits. But the AI we have is for drawing images and language base chat models and a quantum computer with 433 qubits
The future is literally 6 Months To A year away no longer will time be the greatest sacrifice just nor choosing to act. Creativity will be limited solely by online access on your phone
my only concern is for the next era of children growing up with indistinguishable AI created art. The majority of art created has been made by humans and we all know what that looks like. But if your entire life you've seen an equal amount of both human and Ai. That's when it gets scary. We feel comfortable maybe for now.
If this makes celebrities unemployed then I am all for it! Cinema is the first thing AI should take over. Enough with these pompous and expensive celebrities! After cinema, AI should take over fashion and education.
