At 9:53 it could be a character from the latest Dragon Ball Super Movie. I strongly think I have seen something similar in there, Maybe this si even supposed to be one of the 2 Gamma Androids but if thats the case then this is just plainly bad.

At 8:50, it looks like a rejected villain for Power Rangers. The Saibamen looked like the Martians from Mars Attacks back in the 90s. Some look pretty good though. Why did someone put a kick me sign version of his third eye on Tien, and poort Chaozu, looks like the evil demon dolls in an old hoarders house of dolls. For Shenron, the Dragonzord hit hard times when he got cut from Power Rangers in the 90s. The second Shenron wasn't bad.

i think hair on a saiyan that can grow a tail and turn into a giant monkey (oozaru) is fair i could see goku and vegeta having hair underneath their clothes being a thing.
