A positive aspect of this approach is that the text can be concretely verified or contradicted, as you show in the video. It's unfortunate that the text does not describe the emotions of the piece or generate lyrics. The text-to-chord tool that I'm working on can take genre, lyrics, and emotions as input. I would say that the tool is ready for a demo, but it's quite difficult to evaluate whether it is doing a good job or not.
