AI Pathing in An Unreal Engine Map Game!!! Using A*

I've finished off the pathing calculation that utilizes the A* algorithm with a Euclidian heuristic. It works incredibly well and takes about 0.1ms to path 1 unit at the longest distance I could find. I also made a tool which bakes adjacency info which after heavy optimizing takes about 20 mins to compute all adjacencies. I use this data to calculate the pathing.

This is very good ! how did you manage to move the units from A to B? Did you know any tutorial to help with it ? Also to click on province destination?

The description has some info basically it uses A* to find the sequence of provinces to move through. I dont realy have time atm to do extensive tuts on stuff. The click works using a "clickmap" simialr to paradox games

At the moment I'm only working on this by myself in my spare time. Probably by the time I get the AI and Base Nation mechanics (decisions events etc) working ill bring on more people for UI and research (:

@@novakaizr It'll probably focus on combat more then Vic2 but have an economy that actually works as well which would be mostly automated with the player intervening with sliders or modifiers. But def not a cookie clicker economy like Vic3
