HeyGen, an AI startup that lets users quickly create realistic-looking avatars, just announced a $60 million Series A led by Benchmark, valuing the company at more than $500 million dollars. HeyGen co-founder and CEO Joshua Xu joins Ed Ludlow to discuss on "Bloomberg Technology."

I've used it a couple of times and it's truly easy and the end result is beyond amazing, you can't tell it's ai video and soooo many languages are available, it's super cool !!!

Video are expensive to make? You pick up you phone you can already film and upload. Most videos online aren't Hollywood VFX/CGI. Doesn't need a $500M AI company to do that.

Videos are time consuming to produce due to errors, etc. An avatar won't require retakes.
