AI Is getting really good really fast.. This video was recorded 2 weeks ago and I just became aware about this AI called "Firefly" basically the AI is able to edit full length videos. I've been learning how to edit/animate for awhile now and it's scary that ai might be able to do what I do. Also I wanted to get these videos faster and get them out every 2 weeks but honestly I feel like this video was rushed. I don't like to make rushed videos I like to make art and show off my creativity. I would love your opinions down below. Thank you for all the suppirt! :) Trippie Redd Video next ;)
this becomes really scary as you can make anyone say anything. if AI voices get mastered to the point that you cant even tell the difference in audio tracks it could alter society as a whole. things that wouldve previously used in convictions could be easily claimed as AI or claimed as true depending on which party uses it
@@yaboiavery5986 i was thinking more like courts and stuff like that. audio and video evidence is some of the most believed evidence but that could be about to change
I think it is worth considering the possibility that the industry has already been exploiting this technology. Let's assume for a second that the industry got a particular artist on a perpetual contract that meant that even after the artists death, the label can continue to put out music in the artists name which they "claim" were recorded when the artist was alive. But actually they were all created using AI after the artist passed away. This is a very scary situation because then it would be more easier for the label to just get the artist killed and then continue to release music in that artists name, and in such a case the artist can never have any say in the kind of music that the label puts out because the artist is dead. I only hope this has already not been happening in the case of X or Juice. :(
ur videos are great man i rlly like them, ur voice sounds good, well written script, the animation is rlly great and it s a nice style, good story telling, and overall i can see the effort u put in the making of ur videos, making me feel like i am watching content from a really famous youtuber :) i m sure that u will get better and better and ur channel will grow very big
I think of AI as a tool such as autotune. Autotune helps an artist achieve a voice or sound they would never be able to accomplish such as Travis Scott. Also I remember there was a time people were bashing on artists like TPain for using it but essentially every artist uses it now. Im all for AI. AI will bring a new wave of creativity and will help creators reach a new potential.
thats a tool though, and people were using it as a tool, you know danm well people right now developing AI want to create it for the purpose of replacing.
Ai can be terrifying i mean when AI x first came it seemed trash and didn't sound like him but 1 month later it literally sounded like x was singing even tho it was an AI
I def gotta disagree. Label's now a days don't care abt our artists like juice. Now we got the community to carry on his legacy, which I think is helping the industry. Now the community can do what the label is trying to do with these artists. As long as they aren't profiting I think it's amazing.
Yeah I see the community playing a big part. Juices last album is coming soon which I find that hard to believe. Even though I dont want any AI songs actually released it is kinda nice hearing them. I never add to my playlist but I always roam on youtube to listen.
everything you see, hear, and touch, whatever we've created and our ability to create it should be exclusive to us. to have AI and robots do that and with the subtle notion of replacing people in whatever industry that may be is in my eyes a bastardization of us in just about every way shape and form.
As a artist myself seeing Ai takeoff the way it is hurts me cuz I been making music since 7th grade, been evolving ever since & im very passionate about music.. but if Ai takeover then I’ve wasted so much time when I coulda been doing sumn else.
No no your not wasting time..its the people who spend there time trying to mimic a celebs voice or trying to get a robot to mimic it so they can get views, Real music is way better because you put your heart in soul into it, so please don't stop and keep evolving even if they take over you will still have a chance to get over the A.I.'s.
What you gotta remember is that there are AI plug-ins that generate melodies, basslines, there are AI programs that can write you lyrics to a certain BPM, and now you can literally use AI to sing or rap it as well. While I'm curious to see the benefits of this somewhat untapped new wave of music, it also gives people with no actual love for music and only a desire for money and fame the opportunity to get all of those things simply by typing in prompts on their computers and doing some minor editing as well as mixing and mastering. Basically imagine someone like Lil Pump smacking away at the keys on his computer to make a #1 hit song in a matter of a couple hours. And then being able to replicate that endlessly. It's a problem in the fact that almost all music will become so perfect that it's too bland, it's all so good that there's no inconsistencies that make it human and it makes it nearly impossible for people like me who genuinely enjoy and love the music to make any kind of success because it simply doesn't hold up to the rest. Imagine a world where every song is a #1 hit, it would be so boring and generalized that people just wouldn't feel music the same way they used to.
@nxf I hope it does only become a subgenre because also at what point do we draw the line between someone making AI music of their favorite artist and plagiarism? It just sucks because I know for a fact that now contracts are 100% gonna have that "after you're dead" clause in there and then it's not making music to connect with people and make them feel like they're not alone, then it's making audio files imitating your favorite artist because you'll always support them no matter what simply for the reason that they made you feel a certain way nobody else could. They'll basically be death merchants waiting for the artist to blow up and reach their peak, then feed them all the drugs they want to help them cope with it all till they overdose, and then the label is just gonna keep farming their music for money. It's so unbelievable that this is even a possibility, let alone the fact that it's almost a guaranteed future.
There’s this AI song of Carti singing “AS LONG AS IM WITH YEWWWW” shits gas bro I wish he’d make a song like that. I don’t mind AI , we know it’s not real. And it allows u to get different sounds and new styles out of voices that literally bring u comfort.
I really enjoyed your animates I was wondering if you could tell me some of the Apps you used for editing them . please ! I have been following this account for 4months now Love for Uganda
I feel like alotta people think ai will get rid of real music but I disagree because 1: ai so far is only using voices, not inventing new ones, and 2: without the soul and purpose of a human the music will never be as good
I think it really depends on how it's used. For the purpose of just hearing covers of songs from these artists of which the AI models are made it doesn't seem like that bad a thing, as long as it's clearly stated that it's AI and nobody's making money off of these covers. However, when it comes to originals like that "Heart off my sleeve" song that was made with the Drake and Weeknd AI models, that sort of stuff should only be allowed to be released anywhere with the [permission of the person's of which the voice model is made of. You could also technically argue that all the AI voices are made illegally, because the way they're made is by taking hours of voice samples of artists (so like interviews, studio sessions - the clearer the samples, the better it'll replicate it) and turning those into "models" which are the run through the AI algorithms and are applied to a provided vocal sample (so like either an existing song acapella, or in the cases where people make original songs they put their own voice recordings through it) which then gets replicated to match the model as best as it can and it's a common misconception that the AI ITSELF is making these songs, which it's really not it is just a tool that requires human intervention. so really because most likely the people making the models didn't acquire the studio sessions or interviews legally, they COULD argue that it's technically illegal just because of that, but there's also no way to prove that they used those studio sessions or interviews so this is kind of a gray area. As for the ethical side of it like i said, i think it depends on whether or not the ARTIST who's voice is being replicated agrees to have the originals made wit their voice released (and obviously have it under their name), otherwise for covers i think it's fine as long as it's stated that it's AI.
AI should be treated as a pure novelty. The problem is that people seem to prefer these fake renditions over the REAL THING. And as a recording artist it's extremely disheartening.
To you its ruining the music industry. Songs that we couldnt understand or thats unreleased someones remakes it ai makes the vocals and beats so much better and the vocals are louder. Im glad AI has made its way into the music industry and if you invest might as well put a load of cash in this cause this is the future🤷. Its only gonna get more and more advanced
ai is in a terrifying place right now because of the potential is has. Right now, even though ai voices are near-perfected, the songs are still all written by real people, produced by real people, and mixed by real people. the voice that uses another person in the songs aren't real, but there is definitely still some soul in them. Until ai music reaches a point where everything isnt made by anyone, i'm perfectly okay with whats being done now, as long as they're correctly labeled.
AI is up next. The artists we reference from should embrace that their are others who want to see or hear them do something in other fashions of music 🖤
I've been listening to some AI music and it's like both awesome but scary and sort of wrong at the same time. I really don't know how I feel about it tbh.
