In this animated video essay we go back to March 6 2020. When I thought it was just a normal school day until Lil Uzi Vert dropped his most anticipated album "Eternal Atake". We go through the impact of that day in general and the after math from when that album came out. We also dive in to Luv is Rage 2 as well as his upcoming album "Pink Tape" while explaining how hes also building a lot of hype with the collaboration tape with Playboi Carti titled "16*29" The main idea I mention throughout the video is the nostalgic feeling with his music. If it's 2016, XXL, or early music videos like Ps & Qs, Money Longer, or Do What I Want, Uzi always gave a nostalgic feeling.

Eternal Atake changed my life. Was out of high school, ex had just broke up with me, depressed, broke, unmotivated, and feeling like I had no purpose. Then Eternal Atake dropped, my life changed forever. Ever since then with that album playing I started to learn what real happiness was and was single handily carried out of depression and grew into a much stronger and positive person. I’ll never forget the emotions from when Eternal Atake dropped.

Same brother. I was in grade 11 and I was so sad. I was having girl troubles, friendship troubles and hating school. Then uzi dropped EA and I had the same reaction as you. Although a week later I got cut from my basketball team which had happened plenty of times before (not for being a bad player but politics) so it made me really sad again. But I kept listening to EA and I became motivated and inspired again. As i also felt some of the songs were relatable in the second half of EA. It helped so much

honestly this got me crying... you're right. I can remember exactly where I was the moment I heard the album dropped. im literally in tears cause this album marked the end of the best period of my life, and the start of covid when everything changed... the day this album dropped was the last day before the quarantine where I lived. that day was the last day I every saw the majority of my bestest friends.. because I moved during the quarantine. this video brought up so much memories for me. im just thinking of when futsal shuffle dropped and how hyped I was for the album... and just how.... normal.. life felt. though all the restrictions are gone, life will never go back to how it was, never back to normal... I feel like I've been robbed..

March 6 was one of the most important days of everyone’s lives from middle school to college age at the time. I was in my sophomore year too and I could feel the entire energy of the school change once the news spread around. Everyone actually seemed happy

watching this made me tear-up reminiscing on how life was when the previous albums came out and waiting for EA not even knowing if it was gonna come out, every song on it was so different for uzi but yet perfectly made. The buildup to P2 was both beautiful and unexpected and was such an emotionally nostalgic moment, with or without the deluxe EA was an unforgettable album

For me, I was also a sophomore in high school, I had a track and field meet that day so I was let out a bit earlier from my classes to get on the bus to go compete. I remember getting the notifications on my phone on that bus ride. I started listening immediately and just got sucked into Eternal Atake. I wasn't the only one either. It wasn't long before the bus full of my teammates exploded with hype and blasting Uzi. The whole meet I was listening to the album over and over hyping myself up for my races and events. It truly was an experience I will never forget, and it shows how powerful music really can be.

I was 13 sitting in my basement playing Fortnite when I opened ig and saw a post about the album being out. I sat there staring at the cover art and couldn’t believe it actually dropped. The next day I went outside and listened to the album and loved it. One of the best days of my life I’m so glad I still remember the exact moments of hearing the news of this album dropping and my first listen. This album is overhated but imo it’s my fav uzi project and it dropped in the last week before quarantine when everything was still normal.

I was in my junior year when EA dropped and I was REALLY into Uzi then. I followed so many fan pages and everyone was always coming up with dates when it was supposed to come out on there. I remember the leaked album cover photos of the key and space and I knew every single leaked song and snippet at the time. Sadly I don’t remember the day that well, because as you said it was literally like days before Covid hit and that’s all that floods my brain is all the Covid memories. But I do remember hearing someone say or saw on someone’s story that it came out and I shit my pants as I was desperately trying to get it to play on my phone because the public school Wi-Fi was terrible and my LTE barely worked in the school. I did get to listen to some of it I’m pretty sure and I was so happy, I remember rushing home and bumping that album all night. After that I listened to that album over and over for almost a month, which i honestly didn’t know how to feel about it at first, because like you said, it was more experimental from him and some songs I just wasn’t getting the feel from. But I kept listening more and more and ended up absolutely loving EA.
