That's the great thing about older kits from the 60s thur 80s they're not as good as today's but gives you an opportunity to show your skills and ability on how to make it look great! Had the opportunity to build an f-4 phantom from monogram that was dated from 1980 and it turned out to be an amazing-looking model!
How is it possible that the choice remains between these short-run awful kits if a modeller desires an exotic aircraft kit, or on the other side very expensive kits that are truly superb but continue to propose always the same subjects and they cost a kidney to buy?! Isn't it possible to get a tradeoff between subject rarity an quality/price?
It would be the best for us, but there is just a simple rule for every industrial manufacturer: ROI or Return On Invest. Not sure this kind of confidential type of A/C will find a lot of buyers regarding the money to spend for moulds developping and injection process
