people who hate on this seriously doesn't know how to enjoy this kind of music. YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO GIVE OUT THIS TYPE OF ATTITUDE it's the mood of the song. I think she did amazing and her attitude is on point. all that extra shit that people bitch about is what made this song give that rough soulful feeling. if she was soft and cute then it wouldn't made the song justice wouldn't it? all that runs, high notes, and diva attitude is what ailee is known for, if she doesn't do it then it wouldn't be ailee. people need to realize is THIS is her, she's not 'trying to hard' shes being herself, always has been.

Do people not know what smooth jazz sounds like? It's supposed to sound sassy and confident. She captured it perfectly, that's why he loved it. It fits the song and it fits the genre. She added more of her lower register and "growled" more which is exactly what you're supposed to do.

Actually this is also not that jazzy :D I really like this version but it's more Christina Aguilera with the runs and her way of singing :) and pretty Gospely in the end! If you wanna here Georgia being sung smoothly and tender listen to Willie Nelson :) if you want it more jazzy listen to him play together with Wynton Marsalis on trumpet.

At least Ailee made it her own, and did not let herself be encapsulated by cheap karaoke showmanship that is very apparent with singers nowadays. She prefers to be original, she prefers to be bolder with her approach, she prefers to be stylistic rather than being banal; and that is what I always love about her.
