Sam Touquie NOPE, not at all. Taeyeon doesn't have the same vocal range (highest notes, vibrato, voice management, etc), she is an awesome singer but Ailee is above her level... I would've understood if you said Hyolyn or someone like that
Gabbie78 I think you don't understand what i said. I said that ailee is the best vocalist. So yes, Ailee is above her level. But Ailee isn't the best singer. TaeYeon's voice is popular for one thing : She is the Idole who can transfer all emotions when she sings. Ailee can do it, but TaeYeon is above her level. Do you understand what I try to say now ?
Ailee is completly out of this world she looks so good even with a scared face, and later she is able to hit a high note after all... she is complety freaking awesome.
I've watched this for so many times already. I am still amazed how Ailee pull the high notes after the ride. Because for normal people, after doing something like this it's hard to find the strength to even just talk. Ailee RESPECT

been asking my self when did I start idolizing ailee, and with this video, I remember now clearly, I discovered Ailee at this episode of running man, and then I was mesmerized by her singing and the courage she had so I started searching about her more.. now I know I've been her fan for 6 years now ❤️❤️❤️ and will never stop liking ailee eonni. don't get me wrong, she's really a good singer but she ain't singing during the twisting of the roller coaster (only in this clip though, not sure if she did when they retried it). there's however a rm episode where lee hongki sung nonstop throughout the whole ride and he did good as well.
Christy Chan just saying she can't sing during the twists, which is not easy. as for lee hongki who knows he might nail this one too, the cameraman behind ailee got this nonchalant face during the ride, some people just don't get scared by these kind of rides and lee hongki might be one of those people. ^_^
Jha0601 she actually did better on their last try...she was singing the whole time...haha altho they did do it quite a lot of times before passing the mission...this clip is their first try..which is probably why she couldnt do as well..haha...and i remember that hong ki episode!!! :) i think he's on the next episode (next week) :) i liked him when he was a guest before and he's with yong hwa as well (one of my fave regurlar guests)...so i think the next ep (next week) seems fun :)
Her voice is no joke , it is golden . She can even sing while the train is climbing up while me I can't even open my eyes . And Ailee doesn't deserve the popukarity she have now . She should be more popular because she deserves it .
People are always going to have haters,. Look at Selena Gomez, Mariah Carey, every celeb has haters, it sucks but it's true. She is very popular in Korea tho, more popular in Korea than internationally probably because international fans seem to prefer Kpop groups
I dont like the fan thinking in Korea even Entertainment company, they always want her in slim body, while if you have a strong voice and deep, you have to keep your body a little thick to reach the highly and widely note
Still watching this absolute epicness in 2022. Her level of control with all that screaming and adrenaline and heart racing and still nailing those notes at the end. That is REAL SKILL.
