Use TWS and you don’t have to lock with the 54s, just wait until the dashed square appears, slave the missile, then launch, they won’t even see it on RWR
@@Born2Losenot2win for example, if you are hunt 1 target, tws is very strong as you can have it target the enemy and lock your sparrows. As long as you don't press the lock button, and leave it at the (half?)lock state that is the default(not sure about name of it but basically the square tracking your targwt with gapd inbetween) this way when you launch your missiles enemy rwr will not go off, giving you the ultimate advantage of surprise. If there is many targets flying together you are better off with normal pd/acm mode for selective target selection
@@user-qs3ih3ll5f dont rly care tbh a compliment is a complement. Anyways i admit it was mostly phoenix kills. If you wanna watch me sweat might as well watch the ACE video
@@Proskilljg and without premium, it takes 2-3 weeks of playing for an hour a day to get it. I just don't play the game enough because of the progression system lmao
How long do you think it would take me to grind to the F-14A with the F-4S? I am researching the F-3H Demon right now, and have 2 or 3 vehicles before that researched but not purchased. I own the F-5E and it is Spaded, other than that the only rank VII vehicles I have are premiums, and I have two of them.
@@akidafloof well damm that's going to be hard(not because of your skill, but progess) how far down are you with the f4e line and the a10 line? Cuz u need to do the full a10 line(or f4e AND some of a10 line)
@@Proskilljg I think I can research the F-4C rn, but i havent done basically anything for the A-10 line, because I don't need to. I got 3 vehicles, 2 including premiums, and only need 2 more researched to start researching the F-16 and stuff
@@akidafloof well then you should get to f14A with maybe 2 hours of grinding in 2 weeks, then use f14a to grind f14B. Its more fun amd has a research bonus
Pro tip: for increased hit rate, guide the missile in as far as you can before going defensive. Crank (place the radar as far to its azimuth limit as possible while maintaining soft lock) as is possible and only if a missile is headed your way should you break TWS datalink. You can also artificially enhance the lofting ability of the phoenix by taking the missile to the edge of its seeker head limit. Firing from a higher altitude also helps the missile gain and hold speed.
@@normallymute0131 already learnt the better tatics, you can check out my newest amraam video for it in action With the new update when you launch fox 3s in TWS there is a circle on locked target while missiles uses datalink to track When missile switches to own tracking the circle disappears, and you can break tws track without affecting your missiles now :)
@@Proskilljg I know about the Fox-3s. They have a pit bull range of 16km, that’s why they are so accurate. Given the stand-off distance for most phoenix launches, if you break lock immediately the IOG has a hard time estimating where the enemy is, whereas with the Amraams they are able to gain and hold they’re own lock much better due to the shorter distance before they have they’re own guidance
Ground rb already has it, but it has controversy It would 100% be good idea for air though, afterburners in the dark looks cool, and with the marker above all players it can work
