the game seems promising and the mix is pretty good it seems, at least from the trailer and the gameplay! :) hope you guys can provide more content on it! great interview!

I thought that part of the charm of Nier was it's twin stick shooter 3rd person motif (or what ever a top down view is called). Don't know how it will translate to fps. Those games kinda feel the same after a while.but the fact that isnt like a moving ouzzle where you cant miss could be cool.

So…Its a Returnal Clone. Looks a lot like Returnal from the bullet hell, enemies, and environment.

It looks interesting but some of the arenas look like they are primed for frustration. The layouts make it look like it's very easy to get caught on a barrier behind you and get cheap deaths. Maybe it's not an issue and I've got the wrong impression.

It looks like that is part of the game. In the interview they say that the emphasis is on positioning as opposed to aim. Having the spacial awareness to know there is a barrier behind you is a skill for this game.
