Ainsa Zona Zero did not disappoint! | Taking on a World Famous Enduro MTB Route

A tour of world series enduro trails on a famous backcountry MTB route. We followed an old enduro world series MTB route in Ainsa Zona Zero. This mtb adventure takes in three famous long descents in the area. It's quite unique to have technical singletrack climbs, long enduro style descents and a backcountry adventure all in one ride.
Climbing up to over 700m for the first descent, we rode a big loop taking in the various rocky trails including the iconic Morcat trail. Once you're out there's no easy way back and this was some proper backcountry mountain biking! We did the route on our enduro bikes which were ideal as trails were gnarly and needing good travel suspension.

It's great to ride in Spain, remember riding once near Benalmadena, cable car up was great but very loose rocky dry terrain this ride looks way harder than what I did doesnt look like a blue grade in that bit you mentioned. Well ridden and thanks for sharing! 😁🤙

Thanks! We were only in Ainsa itself on this trip and explored mostly in the south aside from that. Keen to do more in the north though as I know there is lots of good riding! That’s great to hear, will do!

It was great. Had heard loads about it and it didn’t disappoint! We waited until spring late March until it had heated up a bit! We had a nice 20-25 degrees and plenty sun!

Yep there’s a camperstop in the town up at the castle. Can’t remember how much it was but wasn’t much! You can pay online through one of the parking apps too. Great setup!
