10:20 - "Are you a demon?" "No, I'm an undead." - Ainz lack of inflection and facial expression really makes this scene. Nimble wanted to accuse him of being a demon (because demons enjoy torturing and killing mortals), but Ainz thought he was just getting his species wrong, and corrected him "Nah fam, demons don't look like this, I'm an undead, see?". Nimble took it as "No, I don't like killing mortals, I simply see you all as less than mice, undead, not demon."
In the novel Nimble thought "Of course...hes an undead. There will be never enough killing for him...undead naturaly hates life." or something like that...
Re: 8:10 - In the LN, the Dark Young aren't that large, about 10m tall or so (so the size of a 3 story building), but they're tough (practically indestructible by New World standards) and _fast_, imagine a 3 story building moving at the speed of a train splattening anything in their path, pursuing the soldiers. In the LN, there was an entire page with just one word repeating: SPLAT.
@@drago9191 doesnt really matter now does it? even if they are the most pointless useless class... at lvl 90 they can curb dumpster everyone in that army... which consists of maybe 2 lvl30 (gonzales and brain) and the rest arent even double digits?? xD
In the LN, the warhorse Marquis Raeven was on was paralyzed with fear due to the training warhorses go through to not run away on the battlefield, as such it required the "Lion's Heart" spell which is an anti-fear spell. Also the marquis urinated on himself out of fear, the nice thing was that when he thought the adorable Baby Goat was going to crush him under its hoof, he was thinking of his wife and son, and how grateful he was to his wife for birthing their son, and how he was ashamed (*cough cough embarrassed*) to say it too often. Lord Ainz also gave Nimble "Fierce Gale" Arc Dale Anoch (the guy talking to Ainz) an existential crisis about being part of "The Four Imperial Knights" (the Baharuth Empire's best of the best warriors, the other 3 being the guy questioning Jircniv (Baziwood "Lightning Bolt" Peshmel), the lady from the episode which Jircniv travelled to Nazarick (Leinas "Heavy Explosion" Rockbruise, and the guy with the 2 shields that Mare killed via ripping the earth apart (Nazami "The Unassailable" Enec). ALSO, the IMPERIAL KNIGHTS THEMSELVES were BEGGING AND PRAYING for the Re-Estize soldiers to run for their lives, and survive despite the yearly wars they fought against each other, that just goes to show how brutal the Baby Goats were, how incredibly awesome Lord Ainz is. Other people have said most of the other LN differences, so I won't rehash them, these are just the ones that weren't said yet.
Shub-Niggurath is an H.P. Lovecraftian eldritch god from the Cthulhu mythos. She is known as the Black goat of the woods with a Thousand Young. and is funnily enough, Cthulhu's grandma
4:15 - The scene with the adventurers makes little sense in the anime. In the LN, Ainz came out with a contingent of Death Knights and Soul Eaters (undead horses that buff themselves with every kill). One or two Soul Eaters can destroy nations. Ainz came out with over a hundred. The adventurers were saying that just the escort force would be enough to wipe every last one of them out and that they need to clear out. Now.
If I'm not mistaken, Ainz actually respected Gazeff for refusing his offer and staying loyal. He absolutely despises disloyalty, something you'll see eventually.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 this is the moment Madara knew he is way low on the body count compare to Ainz 🤣🤣🤣🤣 one of they op massacre and Ainz didnt even make any fancy ninja moves 🤣🤣🤣🤣
