@@pilotahmed4579 right at the start of the video you see the paramedic and doctor leaving on foot, so clearly it landed because there was an incident and the Square was the best place to land nearby, seeing as its inner london and all..
It was deemed the patient didn't need a helicopter transport, and was stable enough to go by road ambulance. It happens quite a lot - but it often needs the specialised doctor onboard the air ambulance to make that call in the first place, as well as for them to be there just in case the injuries ARE serious enough to go by air and require their expertise (such as sedation). That's the big difference between road and air ambulance - the road ones only have paramedics, the air ambulance carries a paramedic AND a fully qualified trauma doctor - who otherwise normally works inside the ER / A&E department.
