I just did that hop two weeks ago. AC 865 - pretty much the same experience except for in November for the A330-300. Better seat width but an older plane.

I flew on the a333 from YUL-YYZ and it was definitely a step up from the 787s. Seats for me felt slightly slimmer but the product was better! Hope it was a good flight

FYI, it’s the 787-8, not -800.

hi how was the customer service on air canada? Were they strict with the 23KG checked bag. Would they allow 24-25 kg.

I was basic so I did not check in a single bag😭

@@FLYERLHR so you were allowed a backpack and a hand luggage. Did you have to put your hand luggage in the sizer

I took a backpack and a cabin bag and none of my bags were ever checked if they fit within the criteria - even when I flew it’s much smaller regional jets
