How can an agent have such long hair, and time to put on make up like a model, and funny enough she would come out of it all with no broken nose or bones and no bullet wounds or knife cut, she come out of it still looking like a stunning model. I hate movies like this that don't say the truth, that's why i stick with sci-fi movies like marvel and DC which i can say it's because of some super power or technology, and dramas, directors should do much better and try to make movies with female leads look a bit realistic, all I could see is a super model throwing some fake punch and kicks and the guys pretending to fall.

I have met some, I have few as friends, to be sincere, all you see in movies can never be possible, one because no president would have a female protecting him, except Gaddafi, two a well trained female military officer can't beat a well trained male officer, 5 out of 10, maybe 1 or 2 out of 10, and the movie is not just about her taking out 1 bad guy, we are talking about 10+ bad guys, have you ever fought 10+ plus people and see how quick you would get tired, women are not built for that kind of match up no matter what training they have, why is it that the military has more men in combat than men, just like the other person said, it's a movie, but doesn't mean they shouldn't try to make more real.

Just finished this; ok, despite the fact it's not "Air Force One" with Harrison Ford, this was ACTUALLY still fun to watch. If you like the fight scenes from the Greg Berlanti CW Arrow shows, then you'll like this. The camera work is the same too. I can't say there was a lot of characterization, and even some of the dialogue needs work, it felt like I was watching Extraction or John Wick. Katherine McNamara did a really great job on the fight scenes. There is even a long hallway fight scene that feels inspired by the Daredevil TV show or Extraction.

@@taranova222 Yes, but women stand zero chances. While the 1997 "Air Force One" was unrealistic too, at least Harrison Ford's character was a former combat pilot in Vietnam so I'm sure he had plenty of hand-to-hand training in case he was shot down. Even if this character was in the military, women don't get the same training as they are not expected to engage the enemy the same way even during WW2 when the USSR was so desperate they used women in limited combat roles, they realized that women were very very weak at it. On RU-vid there are several Russian movies "The Night Witches", "The Dawns Here are Quiet" (subtitled) which show the reality of women in combat situations. Both those movies and others take place during WW2. FYI, since 1945 the USSR (Russia) has not used women in combat. Even Mao who promoted gender equality and had women in combat during WW2 never had women in combat once he took over China, 1949.

Remember it all depends on the type of physical training a agent candidate has had before they are selected to join the agency. And the Secret Service will test for that, as part of the screening process before you enter the academy

@@Arnold-l1k Yes, but like everything else that is coed, there are different qualifications and standards for men and women. Especially with Secret Service as they need female agents as they are assigned to women so those women are being tested against other women only. Just look at sports, the top professional women (in any sport) are on par with good high school boys. So I'm sure the female agents in the Secret Service would not qualify if they had the men's standards.

It’s actually more realistic than most people think, the woman does get injured at times so it’s not like the film is saying she’s invincible. The president helps her at times, saves her a couple times from getting shot. Also, the gun scene where she kills a bunch of men is realistic enough because any gender can operate a gun provided great training. I think the actress did amazingly, she’s totally badass. I think it was fast paced, had a great script and was as good as any action film from the 90s.

When I first saw trailer, I thought Reboot but it may not be. Now looking at the Above caption, I see release date 2/9/24 and available to buy digitally 2/13/24....4 days in theater perhaps longer...... studio doesn't have much faith in the film that has a very short earning window as people may just skip the theater. Doesn't even give time for word of mouth -- IF it happens to be good.

Can you put another movie with Air Force One presidential plane please? But this one with a woman president vs a female terrorist, and this time not just the she president but also the plane survives, and the name: Air Force One Rises, with stars: Angelina Jolie as the president, and Charlize Theron as the antagonist terrorist leader who hijacked her plane. tHAT WOULD BE WOW, FEMALE STARS ON BOARD AIR FORCE ONE.

The stars: Angelina Jolie as US President, Halle Berry, Scarlett Johansson Mark Ruffalo as a group of Special Forces trying to save the president and the country onboard the plane, Tom Cruise as the First Gentleman, Charlize Theron as the leader female terrorist who hijacked Air Force One. The plot: After US president flies back home after meeting with Russians Arabians and the Pope to make a pact for peace, some international terrorists infiltrate the presidential plane and try to crash it against the White House. But the she president (not just lawyer, but as a marine too) would fight the hijakcers and with help of a rescue team of Special Forces to free the hostages and avoid a mega hit against the United States.
