Special Warfare Operator Enlistment is the single process to enter all Special Warfare (PJ, CCT, SR, and TACP). The Special Warfare Operator Enlistment gives both applicant and the Air Force, the time and opportunity to find the warriors’ greatest calling. The SWOE process provides more than entrance exams and second-hand info to best guide them on their Special Warfare journey. SWOE will match Special Warfare candidates to specific Special Warfare careers (CCT, PJ, TACP, and SR) based on candidate performance, candidate preference, and the needs of the Air Force to maximize Special Warfare career field distribution to meet Air Force requirements.
