Hey welcome back to my Slimming world vlogs , today I’m cooking using the Cosori Air fryer oven I will be doing a simple weeknight Roast chicken and wedges dinner and baking a Slimming world favourite the Weetabix cake , have you tried it before ? I’ve always thought it sounded horrible but it’s actually really nice I will probably avoid in future as I ate it all in a couple of days 🤦🏻‍♀️

I absolutely loved Weetabix cake when I was last trying to lose weight, it's super tasty. I won't lie the chicken cracked me up, there's nothing dignified about a naked chicken with its legs up the side of the air-fryer oven. I watch your videos with my Mum because we're slimming together and she said "I bet she comes back with a massive chicken", it had us in stitches 😂 enjoy your holiday in Italy x

OMG i love the rice pudding i share it with my George , i use 2x HEA BOB milk so my half is 1 HEA. I also use 25g brown sugar so my half it 2.5 syns, hate sweetener and we have a tbsp of jam 2 syns , so my half it a very well spent 4.5 syns & 1 HEA ❤

Thank you Belinda ♥️ my hair thanks for noticing 😌 I am loving it right now , so I changed two things at a similar time I started using colour wow shampoo conditioner and I think it’s called dream coat ! Also I got my Dyson air wrap so I now am always fully drying with the brush attachment rather then leaving to dry naturally or blasting with the dryer before straightening. I’m not sure which one it is or a combo of both but my hair is the best it’s ever been 👌🏼 plus it’s grown a lot I think it was only last summer I had a long bob x

You can buy grease proof liners that fit in your loaf tin

You can do it. Love your rice pudding. I always do weetabix cake for taster week,as the ladies always ask for it.lost 2lbs last week.❤

I love almond milk in my cereal but semi skimmed in my tea and coffee. I need to try the weetabix cake. I’ve never tried it so going to give it a try xxx

I love the SW rice pudding and I’ve started having baked oats and blueberries every morning now. It’s really filling. I don’t use sweetener or anything, just the porridge oats and blueberries 😇

I need to get into baked oats 👌🏼I don’t think the sweetner makes much difference either so probs leave it out in future 🙌🏼

@@clairemariehoward I started off putting sweetener in but I don’t put it in porridge so I left it out. I really don’t like fat free Greek Yogurt but I’ve started having that on the baked oats. It’s amazing when you like something you thought you didn’t 😂

Had to chuckle when you said you you used 1000 litres of milk in rice (no wonder big portions😉). Weetabix cake looks nice but i would want a quarter each time ! Maybe less syns if weetabix used as Hex B ? X

Oh did I 🤦🏻‍♀️ honestly did I forget to say don’t ever listen to me 🤣🤣🤣 I ate the entire cake in two days 🙄 probably won’t be making it again 🫣 yes maybe I just went by what it said on the app I’m not sure what it is if you use weetabix as hex b have to look at that

@@clairemariehoward i had to check to see if anyone else had said 😂. We will stick to our rice pudding ! The roulade is nice too ( although mine was a bit wet !) think too much quark. But at least can have a big piece ! Enjoy your trip ☀️X

I must admit i never watch promotional vlogs but as i love you i thought i would watch. You make it fun to watch and interesting ❤ you make it real & fun . Do you still get the nice smell of a roasting chicken ❤

The food you made looks lovely, I have never tried the Weetabix cake, but I could eat far more than that little piece so don't think I'll chance it cos I too have zero willpower haha. I would love to loose 10lb by the end of May as that would mean I have lost a total of 5st in a year with slimming world! its a little ambitious I know, but I'm gonna do my best. hope you have a fantastic time in Italy, I look forward to your videos when you return XX

You’ve lost over 4 st already wow 🤩 that’s amazing well done 👍🏼 you can do another 10 piece of cake 🍰 😂 wrong wording but you can 😉I ate the cake over two days hence I probably won’t make it again either 🤣🤣🤣
