I had two weeks of losing a pound and I felt gutted like I had failed , so went off the rails a bit but I wasn't feeling well 😮 I know it's ridiculous but can't stop it ❤
Hope you enjoy it we love it !!! Room sounds lush and the breakfast is always good I usually go for the smoked haddock and poached eggs 🍳 we enjoy the spa area a lot too 🙌🏼
Oh my goodness. David has said I have a beard lol 😂. I’ve grown more hair on my face in my 30s and it’s got worse in my 40s lol. 😂 At 12 I started my periods and started shaving my legs and under arms. TMI but us girls all go through it lol. 😂. That razor thing looks brilliant. Xxx
It’s not fair is it 😂 goodness knows what I’d look like if I didn’t pluck my chin 🤪 I’m absolutely now starting to notice a difference in my legs after shaving it’s still feeling pretty soft a couple of days later where as before I would be stubbly the next day ! I’ve been using around 3 weeks and this week in particular I noticed the difference 👌🏼
Oh this is something I've been waiting for. I have to shave my chin and neck (yes I look like a man with beard stubble every morning) I'm now in my 50s and have had this problem for as long as I can remember. I'm sick to death of shaving rash! It's extremely embarrassing if someone calls round before I've had chance to shave. I'm dying to see what you think in a month or so ❤

It is all about perspective, go to the grocery store and look at a pound of butter and think I lost this. Healthy weight loss is on average about a pound a week,
Perimenopause🤦🏻♀️ I can only just bring myself to say it 😂 I’m still in denial ! I have realised these were actually 2nd in the list and not the top of the list ones I wanted but they have good reviews so I’ll stick with it 🙌🏼 have a fab week Cx
Not a supplement but something friends have told me following menopause consultations with specialists - they all recommend eating broccoli! Hope you find an answer soon xx

Pretty Sure mine came with a little cookbook did you get one of them ? It was ages ago I got it k can’t remember if mine had instructions not that I ever read them 🤦🏻♀️ just pop some water in the black base pop your veg in the basket stack it up and usually 20/30 min depending how much you have in it and how soft or hard you like your veg you’ll soon discover your timings x
Great vlog as usual. You really inspire me. Love your honest vlogs. I think you do an amazing job with family and work etc and always seem so organised and motivated. You seem to pack so much in! Made your bagel recipe with ham, egg and cheese and it was really good. I intend also to try the curry chicken noodles. Had 1/2 lb on this week but considering I was out for a tasting menu lunch yesterday - think that was pretty good! I am not going to miss out on things just because of slimming world - just start again the next day - life is too short.

You are completely right! This is exactly how life is, and thats why you will grow your channel because you aren't pretending. I've noticed Chanel's that become successful, they try to be more professional and thats when I stop watching personally. Keeping it real Claire 😜

So good to see you powering through to get your motivation stronger. All of us on this journey can relate. I have been at target for a year now, and I still struggle at times. I hope you have a loss next weigh in, but be wary of those scales, as feeling better and stronger in yourself is important too xx
Thank you Carole , I’m defo getting more into it as the weeks go on tbh it’s getting my mojo back in everything not just food 😂 and I’m an eater if I’m not feeling good I find comfort in food however I’m working on both and certainly feeling better for it xxx have a fab week Cx
Calorie counting is easier, Slimming World is very complicated, but now I have my head around it, I get the point of it. It's really helped me. It makes sure your full by allowing free foods that are filling, ( this does come with a warning I think) the syn foods are then strictly portioned out as they need to be. But I do think we all find different ways to diet sometimes. 😊
Hey 👋🏼 I just don’t think I’m on the ball enough to calorie count part of the reason I love sw is I don’t have that much k have to track !! Also it’s the running out of calories that k would struggle with . In general I do find sw very easy to follow and it works great for me I’ve just been struggling to get ontop of food and motivation since my holiday 🙄 my sister is currently calorie counting she is getting in really well with it. I wouldn’t say it’s something I wouldn’t do but at the moment sw works for me and my crazy disorganised lifestyle 😂
